Dear Sir My name is Dr Sameer Aroraa I had booked three tickets though your website online making payment from my net banking account at KOTAK BANK I am at a loss to state that it is over 30 days and I am still to receive the cash-back into my bank account as promised by your customer care executives & your web site which states the payment shall be credited back within seven working days The cash back amount will be credited back to your card account within 7 working days of making the transaction. Please find below the details of my three transactions dated 4th,9th & 10th may 2012 Kindly acknowledge receipt of my mail and inform me when am I going to receive the cash back Please consider this matter as urgent because I have to now think twice before booking again or refer you to my friends 1.Thank you for booking with ezeego1.
