[Resolved]  Faber India — NON ATTENDANCE OF SERVICE

I HAVE PURCHASE THE FABER CHIMMINY AND HOB BUT IN 4 DAYS I THE MOTOR OF FABER CHIMMINY WAS BURT AND HOB LITER CHARGES WAS WEEK. SO COMPANY TOLD THEY WILL REPLACE. THEY CALL ME ON SATURDAY ( 28/11/09 ) FOR REPLACEMENT I TOLD TO COME ON SUNDAY ( 29/11/09 ) BUT THEY HAVE NOT COME TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT ATTENDED.

I am Complaining for my chimney from past one month but they are shamelessly telling that we don't have parts, so from where we can repair. This company do not deserve any new customer as they don't have any after sale service capacity. JUST DON'T BUY FROM THIS DUMP COMPANY.
I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH THE ABOVE COMPLAINTS AS I AM ONE OF THOSE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN ATTENDED. I BOUGHT A FABER HOB IN 2011 I FOUND THAT THE TOP GASKET WAS CROOKED THERFORE I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER ONE. THIS IS HAVING A TERRIBLE PROBLEM AS THE BURNERS ARE JUST NOT WORKING. IF ONE WORKS THE OTHER STOPS THEREFORE THIS GOES ON AND I HAVE COMPLANT AS IT IS IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET THE GOA PANJIM LINE IT IS ALWAYS BUSY.NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS BUSY. THEY MUST BE ATTENDING TO ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND KEEP TELLING PEOPLE THAT "THIS TIME WE AE SENDING AN EXPERT MADAM AND YOU WILL FIND NO PROBLEM". NOW I ARGUE N FIGHT WITH MYU HUSBAND FOR GETTING FABER. I HAVE BEEN CHEATED...
Have been facing major problem again and again... Did not get the warranty card of faber chimney ltw500 for which have been getting all services from 7 yrs by showing the purchase bill but have to go through headaches all the time ...no one being able to get a duplicate warranty from the company...I would like to ask...is faber doubtful its their machine...or are they doubtful that that is a different model??? When u can see it is a life time warranty model and of faber why am I going through mental Harris, eats all the time...why can I not get a hassle freee service... Is it a reputed brand or a chalta forts brand...last try to write to the co if they can give a solution other wise ...[protected] divya lath, Kolkata...c if anything can be done

Re: Repairs of a defective Induction cooker FIC B6F BC(X26)

Dear Sir

This is to bring to your notice that i have had a horrible experience ever since i have bought
your product from Vijay Sales ( Mira road outlet) on 6th Feb 2013.

Withing just 2 days o[censored]sing the cooker the plastic body started developing cracks due to the
heat. I ignored the same thinking that it must have been damaged in transit and was not
noticed by myself while accepting delivery. These cracks eventually increased and is now
around the 4 corners of the hot plate area. Due to shortage of time i applied M seal and tried
to contain the cracks however that did not seem to work. To make matters worst the on/off
button does not work anymore. When the equipment was given to vijay sales for repairs, your
technician has informed me that there is no button and the repairing cost would be rs 500.

This is highly ridiculous as that equipment has never been opened and it was sent for repairs
at the outlet. Moreover the equipment was purchased for rs 2500 and the repairing cost is rs
500 which is 20% of the value of a brand new equipment. Nothing seems to be covered under
warranty . This is highly misleading and frustrating. I wanted to go for the entire kitchen
set with exhaust however i am happy that i had this experience with a smaller equipment.

I would appreciate your involvement on this issue and would appreciate a favorable response in
order to install trust in your brand.

I had purchased a Faber - Built in hobs from Universal Agency on 25/01/2011. On May 17/05/2014 the faber glass top cracked I enquired for a replacement and place a order for the hob with Vinayaga Enterprises, Coimbatore who are dealers of Faber products they asked me to deposit an amount of Rs.2500/- to their account which I did on the same day to their Tamilnadu Mercantile bank account. After which they promised that they would deliver the same within 5 days it is almost 20 days since then they still have not delivered the same. I am facing lot of problems as I am unable to cook for the family and been arranging food from outside. Poor response from the Dealers end. Going through lot of mental problems because of this.

My Complaint no :[protected] dt : 19.10.2015, complaint was launched because of blast in my 5 burner stove, technician came and attended the complaint and he told that glass top has to be replace, i bought it in may 3rd 2015 at Viveks Anna N agar, it is under warranty, not more than 6 months and i want to replace the stove with steel top, regarding this issue i speak to Mr. Va run ( [protected] ), on 19.10.2015 he said he will do the needful, but till now no response from his end, today i speak to him ( 26.10.2015 ). he told he will get back to me, not yet turned up, continuously calling his number he is not picking up the phone, very very worst service
