Dear sir/mam, This is Arun prasad.Iam having AXIS bank debit card.On Saturday (6th april 2012), I tried to withdraw an amount (Rs.1200) from ICICI BANK ATM CHENNAI 070412. The transaction was failed. So I left and have logged in Iconnect to check my account transaction details. I have found that the amount 1200 was debited from my account at the ICICI BANK ATM 070412 irrespective of failed transaction. Please find below the transaction details and do the needful ASAP. samething happended to me few months back in axis bank atm in which i got failed transaction for ICICI debit card for 1000 INR. i have logged the complaint to ICICI bank and my money was credited to my account within 48 hours. So dont worry. you will get your money as soon as you approch your bank.
