[Resolved]  Fake Call From Pakistan +92 Airtel — Fake calls for 25 lakhs lottery from airtel (but actually it is from pakistan)

today i got a call fron [protected] saying are u a airtel customer and u won 15 lakh rupees . i.p.l luckdrow and collact chaque from P.N.B BANk Branch code is 112 CHANDNI CHOWK . i call back to number . he tell me i am soder bank manager P.N.B Bank . " After this I checked and found that the said no. is from Pakistan.

I got a missed call in the morning 6.38 am from number [protected]... After that i was scared to see the +92 code which belongs to pakistan... i searched net to get information about this number and could not find any info...

Today i got a call saying are u r a airtel customer and that he is calling from Airtel's Mumbai call center and you have won a cash prize of 15 lakh rupees, In order to get that money u have to call the Delhi center and they will assist you . He asked my name, address, father's name, but upon suspicion when i started enquiry ne immediately disconnected the phone . Govt please look into this

AirTel — false call

This no ( [protected]) is repeatedly calls and disturbed my sister from this morning. i want full specification of this no. please send full specification in my e.mail address.

I also recieved a missed call from[protected] around 10:30 am on 30th July 2012. I called back as i recieve frequent international calls but the person on the other side told that he's is Airtel Customer Care person calling from Delhi, so i knew there was something wrong. He further told me that I've won a lottery of 25 lacs ... sensing something seriously worng... I immediately Hung up the phone then.

Guess Airtel and Govt. of India should take an action for this and stop such fake calls as these could be dangerous to out company's security !

had got a call from a number[protected].. On my idea number..it was a misd call and i saw it around two hours later.. I had low balance on my idea number so cald to the number from my smart number..a man picked up the call and sais that he was spkng from idea customer care and i had won 25 lakhs, i should give him my bank account number so as to get the prize..aftr hearing this i disconctd the call at once, bt i knw i was duped of Rs 40 balance as i had foolishly calld an intrntnl number

Even i got this call today from number[protected]. and gave me other person's number to call. and when i said let the other person call me if its genuine, then he said he won't call as he is the head of the department.

On 13 Nov 2012 at 2019 hrs, I got a call from [protected]. At that time I was driving and a man was speaking. Since I was driving in very heavy traffic, I could not understand what he was saying, so I told the man that I am driving and please call after ten minutes and disconnecred. At 2032 hrs again I got a missed call. I parked my car on the side of the road and called that number. The number was[protected]. The man said that my number had won a lottery of Rs 15 lacks and he was asking me to note a number and call that number which was of the Bank. I asked him who he was. He said he was speaking from the Head Office. I asked which Head Office to which he did not reply and insisted that I note the number and call that number. I told him not to fool me and such lottery's come everyday and disconnected. Later I checked the code and realized that it was of Pakistan. Should I report this to the police?

I'VE GOT THE MISS CALL FROM THE NO.[protected] SAYING HE IS KIRAN KUMAR SHARMA AND I'VE WON LOTTERY WORTH RS.25 LAKHS AND HE PROVIDE ME THE NO.[protected] SAYING THAT HE IS MR.VIJAY KUMAR ANS HE'LL GIVE YOU THE LOTTERY NO. BUT I DID'NT TRY THIS NO. KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION ABOUT THESE FAKE CALLS

I got a call from Mobile No.[protected] and told me by a hindi speaking man that my airtel number has won a lottery of 25 lakh. I asked his name and place of calling. He told his name Vijay Yadav and told that he is calling from Mumbai. They provide me first 5 digit of airtel SIM number and asked to very with my SIM by switching off the mobile once. Again he called me after 5 minutes to verify if the number he provided matches with my SIM and told me that I have won Rs. 25L as lottery. For claiming the amount by net banking transfer I have to provide my net banking number to a person he claims a bank official over phone to the number [protected]. As I am aware of this type of frauds, I asked him that this number belongs to where? He told again that this is out banker's number belongs to Mumbai. I questioned him that 92 is not a Indian number and it is a call from Pakistan and I know what is your intention. All of a sudden he disconnected the call. Beware of these type of calls !!

Today i also got a call from the number [protected], they told me that i won 25 lack, those were asking me to deposit 12, 000 to their SBI account and then they will give me 25 lack + 12K Rs.

I called up airtell, but what airtel can do.

These something to follow with police.

Even I also received the same type of fake call for Rs. 25 Lakh Lottery from [protected]. Please be aware of such fake calls and do not respond.

I got a call today from the pakistan number +92 [protected] saying kiran kumar sharma is calling in a punjabbi accent and that i have won a lottery of 25 lakhs.

Today Morning Nov 7, 2012, I got a missed call from [protected], I called back and he told me i have won a lottery of 25 lakhs and he is speaking on behalf of KBC sony and Airtel mobile company, and he gave a number to call back to [protected] get your cash.

Caller's name he said Kiran Kumar Sharma.

Today morning i got the miss call from [protected] @ 8:00 AM (10/11/2012).When i called back he told me you selected from KBC lottery and winner of the 25 lac.So further info call to KBC executive they provide more detail from which bank you got 25 lac. I surprised, So i call to another no +[protected] and he told me i am the executive of KBC lottery and you wan 25 lac.Can you provide your name and no.
I given my another BSNL no and my name after that my mobile is disconnect bcoz of my mobile balance.So does is require to inform nearest police station

He told me that that i won a lottery of 25 lacs from KBC and told to disclose my bank account .I told him that if he will give me calls for such thing then I will make police complain and hung up.
