[Resolved]  Fake Call From Pakistan +92 Airtel — Fake calls for 25 lakhs lottery from airtel (but actually it is from pakistan)

Today i got a call from [protected]
This guy said that i won a lottery of Rs 15 lakhs and i need to call Mr Raj Kumar on [protected] in Delhi. Surely this is a fake call from Pakistan.

hi everyone ... I received a call that similarly informed me about winning 25 lacs. and asking me to call on some number... Suprisingly this call came to me from +121 (Airtel customer care). But still I cross questioned the person calling my number... and he hung up

i got 2 calls from [protected] just now...first one i ignored bt when again it ringed second time...i thought it might be some friend/relative from abroad as i didnt know which country code it is...but then same...lottery stuff..!! i just want to know whom to report this call???? someone guide plz..

I also got missed call from [protected] after calling back the person gave me another number [protected] to call for a prize of 25Lakhss which my number won from airtel. my number (86*****663)

i got a call from the no. +[protected] from a male person saying that he is Vijay Kumar calling from Airtel Head Office and told you have won 25 lac prize as india won the kabbadi match against pakistan. in order to get the money u have to call [protected] saying that this no. is SBI Main Branch New Delhi No. and told that the manager name is Hardeep Singh and your check no. is 150..
govt please look into this matter..

I got a call from a indian number saying that i have been selected
by the vodafone company and i have won a cash prize of 25 lakh
and they asked me to to call this number [protected] now which i came to know is a pakistan number. those idots are asking my bank no.
and and they want me to transferr 15 thousand rupees in there account.
please do not call or give any of your information to those people.
as they can misuse that number beware of the number starting with 00923
as they are surely fake people.

I just received a call from +92-[protected] and he identified himself as Vijay Kumar calling from Airtel Call centre and informed that I have won INR 20, 00, 000.00 lottery from Airtel.

He also told me to call in New Delhi (State Bank Manager, Koshi Road) on the following No. +92-[protected] to claim my Lottery Award from the bank.

i got missed calls from [protected] i called him back and he said i won lottery of 15lacks for my sim card to claim i got to call Mr.M.D Raj [protected]..and this guy told me to switch off my cell for 14 hr. to trace my house and to deliver money... its very dangerous so pls be alert guys ... i m using vadafone

I also got a call from number [protected], [protected] n told me that my number has been selected for prize of 25 lackhs. He said I will have to go to sbi bank and pay 18200 to unlock pincode. I have given him my account number too.
I called customer care n came to know this is a fake call.

today i got a call from [protected] saying i won a lottery of 25lacs, he gave me a no. [protected], he said my prize money has been handed over to bank manager, from where i can get my prize. Airtel should look out into dis matter, these calls must be blocked by the airtel itself.

Today i got a call from +[protected] saying are u a airtel customer and that he is calling from Airtel's Kolkata call center and you have won a cash prize of 25 lakh rupees, In order to get that money u have to call the talk to our bank manager aakash verma on [protected] and they will assist you . I immediately disconnected my phone . Govt please look into this

I got a call on 31st jan 2013 from[protected] at 7:31AM regarding the lucky draw from docomo where i won 25 lakhs. He told me to call on [protected] to get more detail. when i dialed that no, I feel that the same guy is talking to me .He told me to recharge with a top up of Rs 250/- and get back to him for bank account detail so that he can transfer the lucky draw amount. I thought how docomo can give me this much amount for lucky draw.so i didn't followed his instruction and also registered a complaint to docomo regarding the call.Customer care simply revert me by telling simply that they don't have any idea about this.
Please don't respond to these calls.

I have recived a call from this no[protected] at 09:51 Am on 04-02-

2013, at that point of time i was unable to pick the call and i revert on

the same no.after 10 min i had word with Akash verma, he was saying that i

am calling from Airtel Dhile head office and you won the lucky draw of

25 lakh and i am giveng you a another no is[protected].you just call on

this no and give your ac detail.so we can transfer the amout of lucky draw

into ur account.i make call on this no after 2 min just to try what

exactly the matter going on after that i had word with another person

he also said that his name is Akash verma and he told me that you call me on in next few mits on the Kiev number

I got 2 MISSED calls from [protected] at around 7am - the moment I picked up, the other side cut the line.

Called back (12:40pm - 06/02/2012) & someone by name Vijay Kumar responded - was told the same line as above - 25 lakhs cash prize offered by Airtel to be transferred from SBI a/c to another SBI a/c & was given number of an "SBI manager" - a certain Rohit Sharma (0092-[protected]).

Thing that got me suspicious - charge of the call turned out to be ~ 50 bucks (3:08 mins)! Initially, IT LOOKED LIKE A SCAM PLAYED BY AIRTEL STAFF - giving a missed call to ensure ppl call back & then charge that amount. But looks like other subscribers are affected too.

Can the government or Airtel do anything about these darned cheating, lousy, time-wasting, good-for-nothing parasites? Not sure. So ppl, kindly be careful & not reveal any privy info. Am not sure if they can do anything harmful with just my number.

Today, Feb/08/2013 I just got a miss call from [protected] this number on my idea cellular; when googled about this number it came out a billed Pakistani mobile number ran by some Mobilink GSM ... I think this is serious and I must call the POLICE for this as I hv no relative or known person living out there...

Today at around 9.45 pm i received missed call from [protected]. When I called back the person other side said " This is Rahul from Airtel and I have won Rs 25 L" suddenly I realized that Its fake call and disconnected.

Today at around 9 am i received a call from some Mr.Singh who was calling from Inox centre, Mumbai from the number[protected]. He started telling me that you are the lucky winner of a lottery of Rs.25 lakh. He further went on to tell me that it is a combined venture of KBC, Nokia and Airtel and 55 lucky customers have won this lottery. He told me to call a number a number which he said is the Supervisor of airtel named Rajesh Balajeet and his number was [protected].
