[Resolved] Fashion And You — Non delivery of item and no response | |
When i start shopping on this site i was very happy that i will get branded items on discount but i have very bad experience with this website. From beginning my first order was of replay sunglasses order no - 13246 i have not get any reply from the website for one month then after many calls they replied we have not received the product from merchandise and your order is canceled and after some days same product was on sale again. Then my second order i placed on 18 / 08 / 2010 order no. 40898 showing in - transit from last one month tracking no - [protected] but i dont know where to track it and customer care number is always busy. I have sent approx 5 - 6 mails to [protected]@fashionandyou.com but no response. But still i placed third order on 24 / 10 / 2010 order no - 86961 of two perfumes and one shoes and after 27 days i received the call from fashion and you and they said sir the blue jeans perfume you ordered is not in stock with us and when i asked about other things i ordered they disconnect the phone. Now same thing happened with me again. Now i want to ask you one thing why you list the product on your website when you cant deliver it. Please reply me about my previous order (40898) have u actually delivered it or not and are you able to deliver my current order (86961) or not? Amandeep Was this information helpful? | |
