I made a purchase of a a tea set from Fashion and you[protected] and the parcel received was with broken cups. I immediately took photographs and informed their support.

To help make this return procedure efficient and hassle free, we request you to ship the parcel back to our order-processing centre (Shipping Label attached with this email). Do make sure that you have filled in accurate information on the shipping label before proceeding to print and paste it on the package.

Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. I immediately shipped the product back through first flight courier services at cost of 560 Rupees . The team informed me that I can get refunded only 150 Rupees as per their policy since the package was less than a kilo.

Now Please let me know which courier service ships a cup and saucer set from Pune to delhi at 150 rupees? When I asked the team this question they informed me that they dont have a list however if I could not find anyone taking the package at less than 150 I should have emailed them and they would have arranged a pickup.

In the above email there is NO mention anywhere that we can arrange for a pick up incase you cant find anyone taking the package at 150 rupees. Now I am told by their representative that "its too late" and nothing can be done.

I requested them for a refund of the courier charges and informed how ridiculous the policy ofn"Rupees 150 per Kg" is considering the distance but zilch!

Zero customer service Zero explanation of the return policy and damaged product to the boot!

I would like to file a complaint against fashionandyou.com.

I places an order on August 31st with order no 799666 which was not properly places and amount has been deducted from my account. I called fashionandyou.com and they tell me to submit Bank Statement. I sent them the transaction id and the scan copy of the transaction details on 2nd October 2011. Then I called them again and again and they kept saying that refund will be generated within 24 hours, or 36 days or 72 hours. Now today on 18 Oct 2011, I called them again and they are saying that refund has been send to your account but no refund is submitted in my account. After a long talk they promise me to send the transaction within an hour and till now they didn't send me any information. Only send me 2 mails of any transaction reference.

Now I would like to file a claim for the harassment, time and for the money that i have invested.

So Please take some action and revert me on a urgent priority basis because I am waiting from last 1 and half months.

Today finally is on This is in regards to my order for Killer Slippers with order number:84548. Please be informed that I have made the order on the 12th March 2011 and have still not received my product.

I have been calling the Customer Support since the day I have purchased it. I have received no response from them about the shipment status. Every time I call up, my calls get transferred from one person to another. I have been passed from pillar to post, for my order, from the past 7 months. There were different statements every time I called up. Once I was informed that the product was out of stock and then every time I use to be informed that the product will get delivered on the Tuesday in the following week. I am Still waiting for the that WEEK and that TUESDAY to come.

If delivery wasn't possible why I was not informed about the refund. I would have taken the refund and would have been happy about the honesty. I feel that Fashnvia.com has hired irresponsible people and are not compatible/trained enough to do business via E-Commerce.

I would like to file a claim for the harassment, time and for the money that i have invested.

So Please take some action and revert me on a urgent priority basis because I am waiting from last 7 months.
