My STB HAVE Error-109.Only Fastway Promo(999) working.I called nearly 70-80 times in the company(number [protected]) but the only answer i got is wait for 4 to 6 hrs... They said we will send our cable operator to you But no one came I thing our cable operator doesnt listen to the company also My number is[protected], Amarjeet singh, Guru nanak colony Malerkotla, distt. sangrur, . My complaint numbers 344575(Dated 21-6-14)

My set top box is not working just showing error 109 on all channels ..plz help
So annoyed as I found 109 error while i was trying to watch my favorite team Liverpool play EUROPA LEAGUE FINAL ...they say call Cabel operator..well he was sleeping.. They can't put the channel online from there... That's just pathetic. Better buy any kind of DTH service who can get you whatever you wanna watch. They said watch repeat in morning.. Well where is the fun in that? Well I should buy some DTH service in the morning for sure.

Fast way Cable has remove Ten Action from the cable and if we call them sometime they do not pick our phones and someone they speak very roughly.So please go through with my complaint.And please start Ten Action again on fastway cable.
