HI,

I want to highlight about poor service & rude behavior of service provider (Satyam Cable). For more than 2 month I am not receiving proper cable service. When I try to contact him no one respond on mentioned communication details. After lot of effort finally I came to know that last 2 months payment is pending whereas as service provide never intimated about the due payment. Even after paying 2 month payment I am not receiving proper cable reception & every evening I require to contact service engineer where as they don’t even bother speak properly with customer. When I today contact service engineer regarding the same he shockingly told me“jo ukhadna hai ukhaad lo nahi theek karta tera cable” is it a way to behave customer. Please look into this matter otherwise I have no other option of disconnecting connection.

Yesterday i have call from my number [protected] at 11.30 pm and i am shocked that person attending my call did not response fairly. I have some problem related to rental recover by the local operator .We have single family and local operator demanding for 460 rental of two fastway boxes. Operator attending the call is also not providing good response.kindly resolve the matter

Sir, This is to inform you that i want a new cable connection at my home, but i am facing many problems for availing this service. I am continuosly calling the cable operator of our area from last 10 days, but he is not responding, first 5 days he didn't picked the call, i was continuosly calling him 5-10 time in a day. After that i compliant against him to the service center of our area, after that he started picking up the call but didn't came to our home for connecting the cable connection. I am calling him daily ,he always says "i will definetly come today" this is his pet dialogue for daily. Then i called service center again, they said that he (cable operator) had already issued all the accessories for your cable connection from the service center 3-4 days ago. I am using the fastway connection since 3 months . Since a long time approximately 2 months i am not able to receive some Channels like any Chhatishgarh news channel .they are providing very very very poor quality of set box cable network and every time show signal/picture& sound quality .sopl.do needful

I applied for a new connection at the Ludhiana customer care centre and they offered me to take my old dish tv set top box and the antenna and give me first 6 months of cable rent freehand asked me to wait for 4 days. after 4 days of waiting nothing happened. I asked for the local operator guys number and when I called him he says that he has to arrange new wires for my area even when I knew that all my neighbours use fastway. After a long hassle he agrees to get me the connectiion but then he doesn't agree with the 6 months offer as it would be a loss to him.Now plz explain me the whole situation about the communication gap and the operator guy declining the offer.

My cable set up box is not working, It kept on intialising again and again, I have complained at [protected] and chasing them up, they always assure that your complaint would be resolved in 4-6 hours but it didnt happen so far, Moreover I have complained my cable operator in Sector 4 panchkula too BUT to no avail, their services are pathetic. FASTWAYS pUNJAB I am a user from BRS nagar ludhiana being servised by Jolly Cable.

every now & then the transmission goes off & despite many requests/tele calls many a times no body turns

up to rectify/repair the fault.

Today it happened again, on 29th July, NO CABLE since 9 AM & now it is 9.15 PM, during this time I made 8/9

calls to Jolly Cable, & every ime reply is "MAN WILL COME TO U SOON" but no body comes.

I HAVE 2 CONNECTIONS.IN ONE THERE WAS ERROR 109.I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED MY ID-PROOF TO LOCAL CABLE OPERATOR BUT HIS BOY GURPREET SINGH TAKE OVER THE SETBOX.AFTER SO MUCH REMINDERS TO LOCAL AREA OPERATOR I.E. DUGRI CABLE OPERATOR AND[protected], THE SETBOX WAS PLACED AFTER ALMOST 20DAYS.I WANT ACTION AGAINST THIS HARASSMENT AND WANTS TO KNOW WHETHER I HAVE TO PAY FOR 2ND CONNECTION WHOSE SET TOP BOX WAS LYING WITH THE CABLE OPERATOR FOR...

I am using fastway cable service at my home. Fastway cable show their logo under each channel on lower right corner. This one is very irritating. Whenever I watch sports channel it hides info about scores. Same in many other channels it hides info which I want to see. I complaint many times but no action. So kindly take action to remove logo which disturbs us to watch channels. Thanks.

Jaswant singh from PatialaI have a set of box of fastway which is not working from last 3-4 days.first it was showing picture in breaking picture but now it is toatly dead it showing eror 104.I logged complaint for same two three time on [protected] and many time to local cable operater but till date I am not receive satistied result from fastway side. I am here to tell the plight of all customers of Fastway Cable in Punjab. Fastway is cheating its customers by giving poor hardware and service. On their website they say get all 300+ channels for Rs.215 + taxes. But I am paying rs. 250 for TV-1 and Rs.150 for TV-2 and still getting many channels blocked. They are even blocking free to air channels like Star Utsav,Zee Smile etc. and also some ultra cheap channels like Sahara One,Zee Classic etc. They are said to be paid. So what am I giving them in the form of Rs.400,charity or Bill? See the link below from their Platinum Pack joke PDF file.

Also set-top box always lags,sound is too low on some channels ans too high on some ones. On some channels sound comes through left speaker or right speaker only. Video stutters and lags. Block channels on their will. They are acting like government authorized culprits.

I am sanjeev kathuria, my House Number is 806/1, sector 41-A, Chandigarh,i am having two fastaway digital cable connections at my Homw....from the last ten days my cable is not working properly...it is giving message of "signal not found"...after every 4-5 mints,,,i have complained at the cable distributor(M/S Global Communication) but no body have any concern and compassion for the customer...they only come for payment purpose and complaint are left on Bhagwan Bharose...this is very pathetic from a cable service provider...kindly do the needful otherwise.lodged the complaint at [protected] but no action taken...have told cable operator to change cable wire but everything is useless.

No Signal From last 4 days
I was impressed by the quality of fastway cable service but it is really the bitter truth i am facing from last three days their is

When we Try to contact Cable Operator his number is switched off or No-reply. Careless, irresponsible Cable Operator it seems he knows where the problem is but not caring to mend it.
Thrice brought in notice of customers care [protected] they assure you that action will be take in 4 to 6 hrs but from last four days their have been complete failure in performance of their duties or FASTWAY Care has failed to keep Cable Operator under check leading to helpless unsatisfactory customers.
Such attitude is forcing us to switch to some other service DTH or rather back to dish tv.

Hi, I have made a complaint against the cable operator at [protected] many times. I am not getting channels as per the payment and contract. The person who is sent by the local cable operator is Asian channel communication situated at 13572, St. no. 2, sewak nagar, dholewal, ludhiana - 142003, behaves rudely and said that they will not change the box do whatever you want to do. We are unable to receive channels such as star plus, zee tv etc.. when we call, we do not get any good response. Kindly do the needful asap.

we are using Fastway services through cable operator and Fastway cable Advertise the charges for SetofBox for 500 and DC Cable Operator[Ludhiana] Charge Us 650 and Monthy Rental Of 250 Per Month .I just Wanna Ask whom should i complaint about this thing .They are just ripping people off by giving misleading instructions .So guys I[censored] connect to Fastway Cable Just Make Sure They Stick To There Advertisements Which They Showed On Television and Charge U Proper Amout Of Monthy Subcription.

FASTWAY CABLE IS THE WORST CABLE SERVICE. FROM LAST 1 MONTH I AM REQUESTING THEM THAT MY SET TOP BOX IS NOT WORKING AND REGISTERED HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS & RESPONSE IS WE WILL DO IT SOON SOON SOON THTS IT NO TIME LIMIT NO COMPLAINT SOLVING & AFTER A MONTH WHEN I CALLED TODAY THE LADY SAID YOUR COMPLAINT IS CLOSED AND SOLVED & WE HAVE STATUS THAT YOU ARE QUITE SATISFIED WITH OUR SERVICES. Stupid i was to have changed from tata sky to fast way. They just dont bother about customer.No after sales care.No channels are coming ,only fw logo and the[protected] each time say they have noted down the complaint ! What a sarkari attitude ! Their office phones are not answering , mobiles are not answering. They say they work from 9 to 9 and i have been calling since 7:30 without any reply. Their clocks strike 9 at 7:30 perhaps and its their booze time !! Hello with work and customers !!! Had i been owner or incharge here, i would have kicked all staff here in the middle of their backs.
