[Resolved] Fitness First India Pvt. Ltd — COMPLAINT AGAINST DEFICIENT SERVICES AND BREACH OF PROMISE | |||

Ambience Mall, Gurgaon Subject: Complaint against the deficient services and breach of promise Dear Sir, When I joined the Fitness First India Pvt Limited, Platinum Tower, 5th Floor, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon I was given a clear understanding and assurance ( by Mr. Alok) :- 1. That one Floor Trainer will be provided for every 20 members. 2. That I will be entitled for 30 International Passes, which can be used at any of the Fitness First Centers across the Globe. BUT I REGRET TO NOTIFY THE FOLLOWING FACTS FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION:- That the Floor Trainer was not provided to our batch despite several verbal and written reminders/ complaints / protests to Ms. Rinki, Mr. Manish and Mr. Alok. In fact it was Mr. Alok who gave me all the above assurances and he was specifically complained about non-availability of the Floor Trainer, at least 25 times. Instead of providing the Floor Trainer, I was compelled to undergo Personal Training, thus, shelling out an extra Rs.9927/-(paid though your Receipt no. 6176 dt. 05/05/10) in addition to what I had already paid at the time of joining the Gym i.e. a sum of Rs.3254/- per month, being deducted through my RBS Credit Card. It was another shocking surprise for me when, even, my personal training sessions were left in between. Recently I had a plan to go abroad. On my requesting for the International Passes, as promised at the time of joining. I was intimated that the passes could not be given as I was not entitled for the same. I have, therefore, been provided incorrect/ wrong/ incomplete information, by Mr. Alok, at the time of my joining the Gym. In view of the above , I am left with no option but to discontinue my membership with the Fitness First, with immediate effect and without further notice. You are here by called upon to instruct your concerned official’s to:- 1. Refund my unused amount of fees, charged for personal training, for the sessions not given to me. 2. To refrain, hence forth, from deducting any further monthly charges or any other charges etc., on any account whatsoever, from my RBS Credit Card. I am, simultaneously, sending the same information to my banker for necessary action at their end. In case I don’t hear a word from you within 7 days of the receipt of this communication and / or any further charges are debited to my credit card I will be forced to proceed against you in the competent legal forum / court of law.
