Flipkart.com — cheat & wrong product | |||
Hi, I have purchased one samsung galaxy s2 from flipkart.com on 6th nov for diwali gift to my wife. i have recieved the product with wrong battery & without bill.Product seems to be duplicate bcz i have recieved wrong battery in the sealed pack of samung box. i am doing regular complain to flipkart.com from 08th nov for battery & bill. Order Id : OD[protected] Product: Samsung Galaxy S 2 I9100 (Noble Black) Incident:[protected] 343 Incident:[protected] 337 i have not seen any progress or feedback from their technical team. flipkart.com is 100% cheat & fraud company & have very poor customer support system they advertise for 30 days money back gurantee. i am trying to contact them for refund of my my amount. each time their customer support support confirm me that they have no right for refund you will get a call from my tech team for refund & solution. i think govt should start punishing this type of website owner immediately. i had ordered a galaxy note from flipkart
i took it as it was giving free flipcover (logical would be to give white)

the worst thing
1. delivery in 10 days (which was 2-4 days while taking order)
2. free flip cover (came in orange colour as it was not mentioned)
when contacted
the customer care executive rahil
is not giving his full name
no employee id number to complaint
talking rudely
how can a person buy white mobile and roam around in orange colour. i will not be able to use samsung note. the customer care is saying samsung has delivered such colour withour asking even flipkart.
the worst part was the customer care who was talking rudely and just saying sorry for late delivery.
today i got a call from [protected]/[protected] (they are not even saying whether they are from flipkart or not)
just saying sorry like robots and not listening to customer request
when questioned whether he will use orange colour, he said "no" for it.
Plz Share i[censored] think it is cheating

noble — fraud bill
I am Vinod Modiyani from lucknow city and my phone number is[protected]. I got 499 rupees plan activated on my phone. once my bill has got generated of 1600/- rupees. I requested to the customes care for itimissed bill but they did not provide me and said u have to deposit this amount. Next month again they provide me bill of rupees 1850/- . I again requested for itimisses bill but did not get. When i did not pay that they blocked my services and they increased my bill amount to 3200/-. Now they phone me and abuse us to pay bill which is illigal.Kindly give me solution
