[Resolved] Fly Mobile — Problem in IMEI No | |
I have purchased Fly E 300 from reliance digital on 7th June 2008. However on 26th November 2009, I have started receiving message that my phone will be stop working from 30th November 2009 since the IMEI number is not registered. In case, I have to continue with the same phone I need to contact some govt. office and pay some money which I don't understand. I feel cheated and this is like an insult to me that such a message is coming even after I purchase from renowned shop with proper bill. This is ridiculous on the part of Fly to have such issues. This has to be sorted out immeidately otherwise stop selling the Fly mobiles. Now I don't know what to do after purchasing a mobile for hefty price of Rs. 9500 and just 1 year only got completed. I am facing the same issue. Its been merely 8 months since I bought new FLY SX210 from Hotspot in Mohali (3B2) and now its not working. the same IMEI issue.. Many like me have been cheated!!
i purchased fly sx 210 which was working very fine till now, but due to this imei problem my handset is not working, ,
i have visited many times to service station but they say my hand set is not been connected to the data cabel, , they suggested me to send hand set in company it will take 30 to 45 days and damage in transit is not our problem,
So, is this a problem of customer, , this is lack of poor service, , i purchased this handset worth 9500/- trusting this company, but its really radiculous, , , , ...
