I am Pritesh Randhale, wanted to put a complain about the order for joystick of Fly b450 given in men in black telecom in thane on 11th oct 2011, the mobile is with warrenty, its more than 35 days & they jus been giving false commitments every time rather than services, so i jus would like to know is that order in process or not?

Five months back I bought a Fly Mobile Handset from Big Bazar in EDM Mall Kaushambi Ghaziabad. And the charger of the handset stoped working in 5th month. the mobile is not working properly network problem is their though mobile was sended to company and the battery is not working properly and the charging oin has been damaged by the company .the company kept the mobile till 2 months for reparinig and they could not repair and give back the mobile mobile was as it as i had given....
