    I am Pritesh Randhale, wanted to put a complain about the order for joystick of Fly b450 given in men in black telecom in thane on 11th oct 2011, the mobile is with warrenty, its more than 35 days & they jus been giving false commitments every time rather than services, so i jus would like to know is that order in process or not?
    iI hope the company will look into this matter & solve the issue ASAP.

    I had similar problems with the Fly B450. The track pad stopped working after 10 days of purchase. I found out the service centre and had one of the most pathetic customer care experience. I would advice everyone not to use any product of this company, the product itself is not of good quality and the service is useless. It is completely waste of money. Even if you get it replaced, it will stop working after few days. So my advice would be, you have already commited a mistalke, now just replace your mobile phone with a new one.

        Five months back I bought a Fly Mobile Handset from Big Bazar in EDM Mall Kaushambi Ghaziabad. And the charger of the handset stoped working in 5th month. We visited the Big Bazar in EDM mall Kausambi for the replacment. They said that only service centre of Fly mobile will replace since the handset is under warranty and asked me to visit Fly mobile service centre on Dabur Road, Vaishali gzb. After spending Rs.300 on Auto and 2 days i got the reply from service centre that charger is not covered under warranty. And let me tell you that this charger and handset is of very poor quality.

        So please dont buy Fly mobile, you will buy tension and anger for future. And you will lost time mony and energy in hope of getting any help from Fly Mobile service centre.

        i am very dissatisfied with fly mobile service center i bout finally new cell but six month cell was not get repaired from fly service center and they are not as well giving intimation for what is happening with my handset
        very pathetic service

        FLY mobile phone — defects

        I bought a fly mobile phone model DS 185 in Aug 2010. from the beginning i faced problems with media player and memory card not reading etc.
        I could not fine any service centre in chennai. such companies should be banned for selling their sub-standard products.
        Dear Sir,
        This is to bring to your notice regarding my Fly phone for which I send a mail regarding the non delivery of my set on[protected]. Every time on contacting the customer care the only feedback that I got was is that it is in process and it will take time, and when asked how much time it will take to process they are telling me that while in process we cannot say the exact time, recently I was told that the set is ready and from company they are not sending as told to me by your service centre people AL-RAZA, Fly service Centre, Nagpur, till date no reply has come from both ends, as it was given for servicing on 21st August 2011 and my set is under warranty.
        After frequent request there is no feedback from your side, even the difficulties which has been told to you earlier.
        If the same goes on I have the approach the Consumer Forum for my grievances. As I have this only option left. Kindly look into my matter as early as you can

          mobile is given on 2nd march 2011. receieved 5th of march with same complaint.no repair is done. then taken again of 5th march and 24th march is given back but the same problem is there then on 24th march the mobile is taken wih battery and still i don't get back the mobile till 15th april and mr. amit chohan of delhi.call me on 5th april 2011. to take new handset. but i still don't get the hanset till this date. he harressed me on service center for 4 hours. i m giving notice to fly mobiles through this mail.....

            I HAD BROUGHT A NEW FLY MOBILE HANDSET MODEL NO: B-430 ON 10/02/2010 FROM BHATIA COMM.& RETAIL (INDIA) PVT. LTD. SHOP NO 1/2, DR. AMBEDKAR SHOPPING CENTER, RINGROAD, SURAT. BILL NO:13641/R. SERIAL NO OF HANDSET IS SNDF0B430BM0004557 & IMEI NUMBERS ARE [protected] & [protected].

            I HAVE MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS HANDSET, ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I HAD VISITED AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE NAMED KASH PERIPHERALS, AT 6/669, MOTI SHERI, NEAR LALDARWAJA IN SURAT, GUJARAT, INDIA. I GOT ONE YEAR WARRANTY FOR THIS HANDSET AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

            ON DATE 04/02/2011, ITS WARRANTY PERIOD WAS STILL RUNNING. BUT THEY REFUSED FOR FREE SERVICING AND REPAIRING. THE COMPANY AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION IS NOT CO-OPERATING IN PROPER MANNER & REFUSED TO REPAIR.THEY ARE CONFUSING ME AND DEMANDING UNAUTHORISED CHARGES FOR SERVICING AND REPAIRING IN ILLEGAL MANNER. I REFUSED TO PAY CHARGES FOR IT. SO THEY DENIED FOR WARRANTY AND GAVE INCORRECT AND FABRICATED REASON IN WRITEN WITHOUT LISTNING ME.

            I HAVE NOT TEMPERED OR OPENED, NOR REPAIRED HANDSET AT ANY OTHER WORKSHOP. I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH HANDSET, AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE AND DEALER SO REPLY AND HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

            This Fly Mobile is having problem and they are in practical not giving warranty, only for selling they give warranty.
            I am a consumer of Fly Mobile, suffered with same case. even I have lodged a Police and Consumer forum complaint and since 15.10.2008 my case is under trial in the consumer court.

            So my request to users not to buy such products.

              Fly Mobile — Poor Quality

              Dont Buy Fly Mobiles I Buy Fly DS500 Dut Within 6 months it give me touchscreen problem.I give it to service centre in one minth 2 time but problem rmain their after 4/5 days.when I visit service centre 4/5 peoples come their with diff. handset with diff. problems they told me that they also visit 3/4 time but problem come same after 3/4 days so i[censored] r intelegent then dont buy fly mobiles.
              flyds500 is dual sim mobile it have one quality but there are many disqualities in it we cannot download any items from net and computer no games facility supported games and applications are not available in market main problem battery power back up is very worse
              MY STRONG APPEAL TO ALL FRIENDS. DONT BUY MICROMAX MOBILES THOUGH IT IS MADE IN CHINA, AND SENT MESSAGES ARE NOT SHOWN IN MOBILE, BATTERY IS WORST AND SERVICE CENTRE S ARE WORST, MEMORY CARD NOT WORKED ONCE I TAKEN AND REPLACED THE SAME>

                I have bought Fly Mobile phone B450 from Indirapuram Big bazar aroud 1.5 onths back with following details

                Its touchpad not working I have went to service station they asked for the which I have losted unfortunately. I called customer care number [protected] many times and requested them to please check the record as this model is recently launched and it is under warranty. But no one is listening to my complaint. I requested them to let me speak to there seniors they are not even allowing me to speak to them.
                Now my phone touch pad is not working and no one is ready to give after sale support, the customer care person I have spoken to was Mr. Chamneesh he was not co-operative at all.
                I need immediate help where will customer go if there is no customer support from the company

                  the mobile is not working properly network problem is their though mobile was sended to company and the battery is not working properly and the charging oin has been damaged by the company .the company kept the mobile till 2 months for reparinig and they could not repair and give back the mobile mobile was as it as i had given.

                    Hi,

                    I purchased a new Fly B430 on 11th September’10 this month, in 9 days of handling the phone I found
                    so many problem with the handset & for the resolution I already visited the service centre once, yet the
                    problem is not resolved. I have all the major Prepaid SIM to use Internet

                    Handset IMEI NO - 1 – [protected] & 2 – [protected]

                    Problem with Handset –

                    1. Handset not supported DOCOMO & Videocon on SIM 2 slot – its automatically restarted in few

                    seconds.
                    As per distributor I have to use the AIRCEL on SIM 1 if I want to use GPRS services – Using for
                    GPRS.
                    When I tried to connect to GPRS – Error Occurred but charges deducted by the operator & when
                    I connect customer care for this issue they told me that there is no such problem with services,
                    it’s your handset fault, after that I visited service centre for same issue they only update the
                    handset software but then after problem is same. It’s not only with browser, its same with
                    NIMBUZZ, OPERA & SANPTU.
                    USB Port not supported – Unable to transfer data from Phone to PC or from PC to Phone & the
                    software provide on website for mentioned handset is not working.
                    I am using Vodafone (Postpaid Cooperate No – [protected]) for any problem if I restarted
                    handset its show Emergency Call & for this I have to select the Manual Network to resolve the
                    problem.

I gave the complete on the service center at Vijayawada on karthik enter for small sensor problems they have to sent the mobile to Delhi they r saying they r not responsible at customer please refer to the service center .my contact [protected]@gmail.com. for small replace the sensor strip they r saying the 15to 20 day . so diagree the fly mobile service as wellas fly mobile with in 3 months sensor mobile problems waste mobile when come to other mobile . so iam mobile cell own i will prefer not to buy the fly mobile no service centre for trouble shot if the proble arise .

                          I Ajay Kumar, purchase my Fly mobile (Model No.E111) as on 11th February 2010. My mobile is not displaying anything and not charging properly therefore

                          I hand over my Mobile (Model No. E111, IMEI No. [protected]) to your Authorized centre at Patna ("Smart Network Communication, Shop No.1, Ground Floor, Hotel Shree Krisna, Opposite to old Jail Fraser Road, Patna, Mob:[protected]") as on 29th May 2010. But after repeated followup I didn't get my mobile after repair.

                          It waste our energy physically and mentally. I have already visited 3 times but no one taking proper response.

                          Please help me so that I'll get my mobile as soon as possible.

                            I have purchased Fly mobile fly C-250 vide bill no 1055 dated 24 May 2010 from Jai Mata Di Telecome , F-5455, Ist Floor, Raisar Plaza Jaipur-1, Worth Rs. 3390.00. In first instance it lost its software which was restored by service centre vide work order no. FIN106VWS10645 DT 05 Jun 10 ./
                            Initially from the date of purchase it is not reading Tata Indicom 12527 message and showing message read failed and even the messages are not deleting. On 01 Jun 2010 I have contacted service centre Vishwas System, A-8 Shastri Nagar jaipur-16, Mr Dharamraj, mobile no [protected] and Mr Akash, Ser. manager Rajasthan mobile no. [protected],[protected] and logged written complaint about my problems but instead of solving my problems they behaved very rudely and not attained me . They told come after 2-3 days, since then I am continuing approaching but result is fruitless. Please help me out

                              एक तो फ़्लाई मोबाईल जैसी कम्पनी, जिसके कि मोबाईल्स पहले हफ़्ते से ही अपनी औकात दिखाना शुरू कर देते है और खराब होना शुरू हो जाते हैं ऊपर से फ़्लाई मोबाएल्स के सर्विस सैन्टर्स भी माशा-अल्लाह हैं. एक तो करेला और ऊपर से नीम चढा. पर नुकसान तो ग्राहक का ही न हो रहा है. नोकिया जैसे नामी गिरामी फ़ोन छोड्कर फ़्लाई जैसे औसत दर्जे से भी निम्न स्तर के मोबाईल लेने का खामियाजा तो भुगतना ही पडता है और मैं भी एक ऐसा ही मूर्ख था जो कि नोकिया, सोनी, मोटोरोला जैसे फ़ोन छोड्कर फ़्लाई की ओर आकर्षित हो गया, फ़लस्वरूप पांच महीनों से पछ्ता रहा हूं.
                              पहले हफ़्ते से ही E-106 को चार्ज होने में चार से पांच घण्टे लगने पर पांच-छ: बार सर्विस सैन्टर पर ले जाने पर यही उत्तर मिला कि फ़्लाई मोबाईल्स चार्ज होने में इतना समय ही लेते हैं, पर मुझे तसल्ली न हुई. बहुत मुशिकल से उन्हें यकीन दिला सका कि ऐसा नहीं हैं, इस मोबाईल में ही गड्बड है. और जिस दिन से यह मोबाईल इस सर्विस सैन्टर पर गया है जिसका नाम है औरा टेलिकाम, (मुनिरका मार्किट, दिल्ली) उसी दिन से मेरे और मेरे फ़्लाई मोबाईल के दिन और भी बुरे आ गए हैं. पांच मई, 2010 को इस सर्विस सैन्टर पर फ़ोन दिया था और आज तक सिर्फ़ एक घण्टे के लिए अपने फ़ोन को हाथ में पकडा है, और पकडने की खुशी एक घण्टे में ही उडन्छू हो गई यह देखकर कि, बेहद सन्भाल कर रखे हुए ट्च्च स्क्रीन क्रैक हो गई है पर औरा वालों ने अपनी इस गलती के बारे मे न तो बताया ही और मेरे बताने पर न ही अपनी गलती मानी ही. चार्जिन्ग की समस्या जान्चनी तो दूर की बात थी ऊपर से सक्रैचलैस फ़ोन की नाज़ुक सी टच सक्रीने भी तोडकर इसे दोयम दर्जे का बना डाला. फ़लस्वरूप फ़िर से उस औरा टेलिकाम, (मुनिरका मार्किट, दिल्ली) को हाथों हाथ फ़ोन बिना जांचे ही सौंप दिया और आज यानि चौबिस मई को मिन्नतें कर-करके फ़ोन की टच्च सक्रीन रिप्लेस करवा कर घर पहुंचा, और खुशी-खुशी उसमें सिम्स डालकर जैसे ही मेमरी कार्ड डालने लगा तो दंग रह गया. मेमरी स्लाट का होल्डर ही गायब मिला यानि वह भी तोड डाला इस औरा टेलिकाम, (मुनिरका मार्किट, दिल्ली) वालों ने, पर बेशर्मी की हद है, इन्होंने फ़ोन देते वक्त फ़िर एक बार भी अपनी इस हरकत का ज़िक्र ही नहीं किया.
                              शायद फ़्लाई के दोयम दर्जे की फ़ोन कम्पनी वालों के पास सर्विस सैन्टर भी दोयम दर्जे के चुनने की मजबूरी होगी तो इस तरह के घटिया सर्विस सैन्टर को उन्होनें सर्विस करने का ज़िम्मा दिया हुआ है. वरना एक नए फ़ोन का बेडा गर्क कैसे करते है यह फ़्लाई के इस औरा टेलिकाम, (मुनिरका मार्किट, दिल्ली) सर्विस सैन्टर से ही पूछ देखिए.
                              आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि मेरा ई-१०६ तत्काल बदलवा कर दें एक तो आपका यह फ़ोन मुझे पहले हफ़्ते से खराब मिला था जिसको कि आपके औथोराईज़्ड सर्विस सैन्टर (authorized service centres) द्वारा रिप्लेस करने के बजाए टरकाया गया और अब आपके ही एक औथोराईज़्ड सर्विस सैन्टर द्वारा इसका बैण्ड बजा दिया गया, इसको तोड फ़ोड्कर. अगर आपकी कम्पनी की कोई थोडी सी भी गुडविल है तो आप इसे मुफ़्त मे रिप्लेस करेंगे या फ़िर मेरे 5500/- रूपए वापस करेंगे. और आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि आप अपने भारत के हैड आफ़िस तथा यू.के. (Fly U.K.) के फ़्लाई मोबाईल का भी ईमेल मुझे तुरन्त भेजे ताकि मैं उनसे पूछ सकूं कि क्या सोचकर उन्होनें भारत में इस घटिया फ़ोन को लांच किया और अगर लांच कर भी दिया तो सर्विस सैन्टर्स क्यों इतने घटिया रखे कि उन्होने इस घटिया फ़ोन को सुधारने के बजाए और भी घटिया और बुरा बना डाला.

                              Sabhi customer's se gujarish hai ki FLY ke mobile's koi na le, Kyoki is mobile se me bhi bahut jyada pareshan hoo. Agar is FLY company ka DIRECTOR, CEO, ya M.D. Mila to me baat karoonga ki...?

                                Please find enclosed herewith a complaint against the Service Centre of Fly India (mobiles) which is self explanatory. You are requested to kindly look into it. It is further requested that my defective mobile phone No.E-106 may please be replaced at the earliest which has become more defective after the repairs done by M/s. Aura Telecom, Munirka, New Delhi (the authorized dealer of Fly mobiles in Delhi).

                                I gave them for checking as it was taking 4-5 hours for charging, but after due repairs/replacement, they gave me in return a E-106 mobile with broken DISPLAY SCREEN WITH LOTS OF SCRATCHES. I returned it to them for replacement of DISPLAY SCREEN (TOUCH SCREEN).

                                They again returned it by breaking its Memory Card Lock (but never informed me at the time of returning this mobile back to me).

                                Now, this mobile has become fully defective only because of the mishandling done by M/s. AURA TELECOM, MUNIRKA, NEW DELHI and is not usable. So Fly India is requested either to refund me my hard earned money of Rs.5500/- or replace this handset with a brand new FLY MOBILE, at the earliest.

                                i haught a fly handset which is E106 jst 2 months ago nd since then i have given it for servicing in the authorized service centre 4 three times...bt each time my mobile comes back from the service center ...more defective it becomes...first of all the brand new set which i bought had a broken sim card slot inside...so why my second sim was nt working...i took my handset to the authorized service center ...aftr it has been repaired ...what i saw is...the previous problem was not solved at all...and moreover my handset is loosing chrge very frequently in2-3 hours...again aftr visiting the service center twice...they replaced the battery and showed me that my mobile is working properly...bt jst aftr 1 day i found it is not getting switched on anymore...

Complainant has purchased a Fly mobile handset having IMEI No. [protected], Model No. V80i from Samridhi Enterprises on 19/09/2009 at a cost of Rs. 3299.06 through cash memo No. 1777 dated 16.09.2009. Whereas Flymobile in its warranty card of the product has promised a 12 months warranty.

                                  3. Just after 4 months o[censored]se of the said handset started trouble in charging and could not give me satisfactory output from the device. Complainant has contacted Mobile dot com thrice in the past but every time mobile handset was returned saying now it is OK. But every time it started same problem.

                                  4. In the recent past on 08.05.2010, I again visited service providers premises to get my handset repaired but even after a fortnight time, my handset was not repaired. I personally contacted at the given number on the website to get support from the company and after having interaction with Mr. Chamnesh, a customer care executive it is revealed that nothing could be done from company side even after his assurance that my handset will be replaced soon but till date they did not do anything to resolve my grievance.

                                  5. Moreover I have also contacted Mr. Yadav, Area Service Manager on his mobile [protected] and he has also assured me that my handset will be delivered within a week’s time duly repaired or replaced but to no avail and now even my phone call is not picked up by him.

                                  6. Through this complaint, I would like to submit before hon’ble district consumer disputes redressal forum that the company has cheated me by not providing after sales services and not abiding by warranty clause. Due to this both the parties i.e. Fly mobile and Mobile Dot Com, Service provider have harassed the innocent customer like me. Fly Mobile has defaulted in providing after sales services.                                     I have purchased a double sim card Fly company mobile handset from Future Groups store One mobile at Lokhandwala Mumbai on 23rd Jan 2010. From day one the handset is giving me problems I approached the store to inquire about the service center but they were not aware where to send the handset for repairs it took me 15 days to look out for service center. At the time of selling the handset I was told Fly company belongs to Sony Ericson and for any complains I can visit their Service Center. I managed to get the service center no from Just Dial services at Saki Naka (Accel Frontline Services Ltd) where I sent my handset for repairs I was told by them the data cable is faulty and it is not available with them and as 3 months have passed i will have to pay for that I agreed and to pay the part was not available with them. They asked me to come after 3 days. My phone was dead because without data cable battery cannot charge. After 3 days when I got the cable from them after paying them the handset started working for a couple of days and than again stopped charging. I approached one mobile again at Lokhandwala they gave me no of Mr. Sameer Mane incharge of Fly Mobiles for the area I spoke to him and he asked me to leave my handset at One mobile store in Lokhandwala and he will get it collected from there and see what is the problem. It took him nearly 15 days just to get the handset collected. in between i was talking to the store In charge Mr. Feroze and Lalit Singh I think either they are not paid properly by future group or they have not been given proper training how to talk to a customer. Today I receive a call from Mr. Feroze that there are problems with your Mobile phone and it will take about 8 to days to rectify the problem. I asked him for a service mobile and this Gentleman starting shouting at me like anything. As per him this was not his job but he has done a great favor to me by sending this to the Service center.My request to you is either you refund me my money paid to you or replace the handset and give me some other branded handset. Because I cant wait any further when Fly mobile is going to repair my hand set and when I have paid for a new mobile why should i accept a repaired piece.no My cell no is [protected].                                     I am a.k. saxena, from Bhopal. I had purchased a fly mobile DS 180 from Music Mahal for Rs.3950/- on 13.10.09 vide their shop bill number 11633. Since the date of purchasing, it is not working properly. I had approached to the shop. He refused to exchange it with new. He directed me to approach to the Anjalee Associates, Shop No.3, R.K.Tower, Behind Union Bank of India, Zone-2, M.P.Nagar, Bhopal Phone[protected]. I had approached their. The got my mobile for three times with different dates. My IMEI/MEID number is [protected]. You can see the in your system. Since the date of purchasing, my mobile set has been kept with the shopkeeper for repair about 3-4 months. They are passing my warranty period. Saying parts are not available. Who will responsible for their such type of comments. Should I approached to the CONSUMER COURT ? kINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AND ASSURE ME FOR GOOD SERVICES. At present, my set is their at the shop for the last one month for geting repaired/replaced.

                                      Fly Mobiles — Poor Service

                                      Hi,

                                      This is to infrom u all that iam not satisfied by fly company mobiles i never find this kind of services. I brought one 2040L fly mobile it was not worked properly so i gave it to a service centre "Accel Front Line"(which is one of the poor service centre) there they saw the mobile and told me that the mobile was already opened by some one. But it is not open any where in out side because it has one year warranty.

                                      They blam me like that, they told me that we will take the mobile under one condition that they mentioned as the mobile was already opened.

                                      Atlast they gave me the mobile without clearing the fault, so my kind information to u all pls. dont buy any fly mobiles.

                                      I PURCHASED FLY CELL PHONE ON 12/07/2008 FROM SUBIKSHA OUTLET AT VIKHROLI.WITHIN 20 DAYS TIME THE CROME FINISHING OF THE CELL PHONE STARTED PEELING OFF.COUPLE OF TIMES I HAVE VISTED SUBIKSHA OUTLET TO SHOW THEM THE PROBLEM OF MY CELL PHONE BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT IT IS THE PRODUCT FAULT.AND INSPITE OF SHOWING THE HELPING NATURE THE MANAGER OF THE OUTLET STARTED ARGUING WITH ME AND ADVISED ME TO SEARCH FOR SOME FLY SERVICE CENTRE AND GET THE SAME RECTIFIED FROM THEM.ONCE THE PRODUCT IS SOLD THEIR RESPOSIBILITY IS OVER.THIS IS THE LAST SENTENCE I HAVE HEARD FROM THEM.

                                      i bought a fly DS 410, it have charging problemb when i visit fly service centre at Sector 38 c chandigarh, they inspects the mobilephone and asked meto bring 2 photocopies of the bill, i followthe instructoins and get two photocopies of the bill and after that they said thephone is tempred and can not be repaired.
                                      i d't understand when my phone is tempered why they toldme to get2 copiesofthe bill...,

                                      Fly Mobiles — Phone Not Working from Day 1

                                      I Brought this flymobile (Model No: SX 210) from Hotspot, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi 110001 on 03/12/2008 for Rs. 7200/- vide bill No. 3724. I was facing battary problem from the Day 1 I purchased this handset. There was very poor battary backup on the first day and later the handset is not getting charged enough to switch on the phone.

                                      I lodged the complaint to Hotspot within 24hours of purchase with this problem, they simply replied they are not responsible for any service issue once the goods is sold. After that I called up Flycare for Repairing or Replacing the handset. They ask me to drop the handset with any service centre. I did the same but problem remains same. Again I emailed, called and request them to replace or refund. They said replace and refund is against their company policy and asked me to deposit the set again with service centre. I did the same twice after that and the problem is still the same.

                                      Today (ie 04/09/2009) the handset is lying looking like brand new but dead with me after receiving it from the fly service centre last month, and the fly care is not able to replace refund or even repair the hand set and still they are saying drop the handset with any service centre again...

                                      I dont understand how many more times again I need to submit the handset to service station. Witihin 2 months the warranty period is going to expire for this handset, after that they are simply going the say no looking the level of service and products they are providing.

                                        I have bought a dual sim mobile as per my need o[censored]sage of two different sim cards since December of 2008. I am essured by giving one year warranty priod for my new purchased cellphone of Fly company,which model no.DS 500. I
                                        After six months it requires services for touch pad and more consuption of battery though limited usage of mobile. So I went to the authorised service center by searching in the given pamplets.
                                        As per receptionist and manager of the service center, it would be repaired after checking the mobile so I have to put the mobile for a day.After two days I got my mobile return and found that memory card is not working in it.I found that any memory card get damaged if I insert in it.
                                        For the same I visited so many times but they replyed very orhtodoxely that company is working to preapre a new software for these kind of problems related battery consumption and lost of memory card. We will call you later when we got the software from the company.
                                        I could not visit there rereatedly due to working hours of the service cetner. They are working 10am to 6 pm when my office time is 9am to 7 pm.I have not recieved any call from there and my warranty period has passed out.
                                        Now at a suddendly my mobile got switched off and can not be swithced on by me.Hence I have to go there for both the purposes. Again the response and attitude are worst than earlier. They again ordred (not request) to put the phone there for more than 24 hours due to Sunday.
                                        When I went there for recollecting my phone they have to chek it out for me . To check the phone they hae to charge the battery of it and they found an another problem that is the battery is not working because of some unknown reason and they have to check further for the same. They need more time and assure me to call me after getting solution of it.
                                        During the all visits and conversations all the staff members including receptionis to Manager behave very roudly and arrogantly. I am completely surprised to see their behaviours and communications as a service provider with not only me but with all the customers.
                                        I am still facing the earlier problems alonng with new techincal fault after servicing it from there.

                                        I hope some actions must be taken by this effort done by me.

                                        Fly Mobiles — spare not available

                                        i am vijay, have a fly set V60. i have problem in charger connector and that need to be replaced. my complaint no. 666541, on dated 23.06.2008 with Accelfrontline, kingsten road service center and still that set is with that center. every time i call them i got the same replay that spare not available.
                                        i am disappiont with the service of the fly company because
                                        1. for a Rs 200 connector my RS 2000 set is screwed.
                                        2. they have not given any standby set. i have to make urgent call and recieve some urgent calls.

                                        if fly don't have spare please replace my set

I am working in software company and I got life style gift cheques worth Rs.25, 000/- I was in need o[censored]rgent cash so I forwarded those to my friend in hyderabad through FTC Courier. The courier is sent from Pune to Hyderabad. As per FTC they received the courier to Hyderabad office however they don't know where the courier was sent. I like to know in this case where should I do could any one advice me. I like to know the legal action I could take and where should I register a compliant in pune or mumbai (head office) or hyderabad. Kindly let me know.

                                        this is ajay kumar from ludhiana in deep sadness would like to inform you about the srvice centre incharge mr. kamal at ludhiana , punjab.i owned a model no.ds 5oo of fly mobile which is still under warranty period.i had a display problem as well touch screen proble(both wewre not working),i visited service centre 5 times, evrytime i visited i found your staff memebers not available(2 guys and 1 girl) at seats but in adjoining shop talking n giglings, i use to call them from thr n talk,it so happened i handed over my cell to mr.kamal, he checked n said your display doesntcover ur warranty, so u hav to pay rs 2121/- for it n asked to come next week, i somehow agreed as he put some technical problems which i could get it, i visited next week,so they were not on seat, i called n asked to change my display, wat he did , he had another same model with him which had some other problem, he took his dosplay n fixed in my cell n gave it to me,in wich he had already ordered a new display for my cell from the company, i paid as i dont know its second hand display(as i paid for new display), n when i asked for bill, he disaggreed to give it to me, n then i came to know as he admitted that he had fixed secind hand display, n the new display, that going to get from company god knows wat he will do with it.he didnt give me the bill of my paid display, n on demanding it he used harsh words n slang words, n called other shop people n pushed me out of the service centre,i so looking forward some severe stps against this guy n i want my bill .his contact no. is [protected].my cell no. is [protected],please looking forward o[censored]r sincere help.

                                        Fly mobile DS500 — parts not available

                                        i have a fly mobile ds500, there are problem with belt which are not available in the market. when it is available?
