My Samsung MPOWER 699 (SCH-F699) used to restart automatically frequently within 2 months of purchase. Gave it to a Samsung service centre at Thane. The engineer told he would replace the motherboard with a new one. Gave me my phone after two weeks which had 115 phone contacts already saved in it. All unknown. Obviously the internal kit is a used one. Replaced my new internal kit with an old, used one. I hope writing my complaint here would help. Service Center Address: Shop No 7, Mahaveer Co.
