[Resolved]  Fujezone / Touch Screen Mobile Dual SIM — REFUND (PRODUCT RETURN)

i complaining about the handset fujefone regarding bluetuth not working...

Few months ago I have purchased one fugizone touch screen mobile from Home Shop 18. Though the phone is working well in its basic functions, except the battery back-up is very low. But my complain is, it is impossible to connect to Internet with any service provider with this phone. I have tried a lot & failed. The Phone is showing so many icons like face book, skype, ebuddy etc. but of no use, just making you fool. If anyone has the answer Contact me at my mail: [protected]@sify.com

i was planning to by a fuzejone touch screen mobile from home shop 18. but after going through after these comments, i will not buy this phone. thanks to all for saving my money. pl file your complaints in consumer reddressel forum, after making few visit in the consumer forum, they will refund your money.

hi.i am kuldeep saini advocate from chandigarh, punjab and haryana high court. i had purchased a mobile phone from shop 18 modle name is fujezone x2 by order, my order no. is[protected] on[protected]. this product recieve the same on[protected] by me on cost not by free home delivery... when i appoched to blue dart company at chandigarh than i saw your product was placed not in good condition in this corrier company...packing of your product also temperad...than i paid the amount 3900 to blue dart company and recive the same... next day i was trying to use and start a phone it could not start properly and showing blank( white sccreen) listing some starting ringing tone only... now am not abale use this phone... i am totly harrsed due to your and blue dart company neglizance.. this is totaty cheating with inocent consumer... i am allready harrsed by product delivery home shop 18 his product. i have made many calls in shop 18 ans in fujezone mobile care center... but there was no responce giving by them... i am suggeset to you i will approched to consumer court with in 1 day...sir this is last intimation to u...my phone no are [protected], [protected]

i have purchased a new mobile model no. is x2 . in one day later my cell phone have an serious problem that its touch screen is not working and my handset has stopped working what should i do to solve it . it is full touch so the mobile is also not working . my imei no is [protected].

Very true, I have smiliar experience, I ordered same model phone from Homeshop 18 thinking
it a Business phone putting my first salary into it. Beside inproper services it started giving problems.
Later I came to know it is worst than local china phone available in market less than half price. I
wasted my first salary in looking for repair. Now i have been told instrument is fake.With I was scolded by my family and friends. Lesson learnt. Dont trust online shopping . I want the fujizone wala and Homeshop 18
people to know stop fooling ... and better take care of your prodpucts because you can fool only once.

i received the phone model no. x2 frm homeshop18. but it is working very good. something we have to accept that we cannot get 100% what we need & the company also cannt give 100% genuine. So we have to make confirm first whether to purchase or not. Be sure be positive and learn the total indepth history of touch screen mobile and then go for touch screen.

maine Home Shop 18 se Fujezone X2 mobile kharida aur iski delevery[protected] ko through corriers service li hai .pichele 6-7 dino se yeh mobile call karte samay bandh ho jata hai aur kabhi aese hi bandh ho jata hai phir dobara chalu karne ke liye battery nikal kar wapis laga do to chalu ho jata hai. please is ka samadhan bataye mera cell No.-[protected] hai.

i m not satisfied with this product. or ab mai is ko return kerna chahta hu but homeshop bol rahaa hai hai ki mobile mai sim enter kerne ka baad hum iska refund nahee kerenge. sala mera bas chalta to mein is madarchod homeshope18 par ban laga deta aur meine HS18 se jis price me mobile purchase kiya uski half price me market me mil raha hai.agar hs18 par product bechne wale mujhe mil zaye to me unki bhenchod du.madarchod homeshop 18 wale logo ko chodu bana kar FUJEZONE ka mobile bech rahe hai, main bolta hun ki koi bhi product mat lo kash kar electroni item
