Future Generali - Saral Anand Plan — Misleading & non-responsive behaviour by Future Generali

To Future Generali and it's sales representatives,

You people at Future Generali offer a complete rubbish service to your customers. I'm totally duped by your company and the sales agents who sold me two FG Saral Anand policies #:00816292 and 00816690 for total of Rs.85,000.

First of all I've never accepted that you have resolved my issues but you send an email all by yourselves stating that I have accepted your resolutions, this is a complete false claim by Future Generali. I once again say that you have duped me and I want you to cancel the policies and refund my money back.

Your representative had told me that the premium should only be paid for 5 years but whereas it's for 15years mentioned in the policy document. This is complete misguiding from Future Generali.

I was attracted by your sales representatives Sandhya, Balaji and Alfred of Bangalore to buy these policies worth Rs. 60,000 & Rs. 25,000 stating that each policy will come with a Privilege Card that will entitle me for 25% discounts at all Future Group retail outlets which is a big lie and the company doesn't offer anything of this sort. They sent me some useless card to get the benefits which are not of any use to me.

This is a clear case of duping people and playing with our hard earned money with your false promises & claims. I'm totally disappointed by your services and claim my money back.

As stated by you on your website & brochures Ph.#: [protected] is not a Toll Free number and it costed me money waiting for your rep to pick up the call. Once I started to talk about my policy cancellation, he straight away disconnected my call. You guys don't care about your customers at all...

If a due immediate action is not taken then I'll be lodging a serious complaint of consumer misguidance for sales and this would be reflection of your company profile in peoples' mind.

Be Aware of consequences of your wrong doings to Indian citizens.

future generali india insurance company — wrong spelling of policy of rs-25000

I am dharmendra gupta, i had given a renewal of my existing policy, with mentioned METLIFE INDIA INSURANCE CO, but after one month i got one policy from Future generali india insurance, agent has submitted that cheque to future generali after cutting last year, which i had not applied ever, for that i had complaint so many times to future generali, i had already launched to customer care of future generali, then their executive registered my complaint and he is agreed of wrong selling,i had submitted a complaint and original policy documents at future generali branch situated at rajnagar district center ghaziabad on 2nd of august 2011, company executive said to me that i apologize, and you will get your money which is 25000, will got within 15 working days, during this period i had complaints so many times but they said to me always it is in under process , kindly help in this matter and released my payment of rs. 25000 as earliest.,
