Dear sir, This is to inform you that a person representing Vodafone from Global Direct had come to our premises in Vasai (Mr.Dheeraj) giving a false information that my Pune prepaid number would be converted into billin after confirming with his superiors (Mr. Amit Roy). He took my documents and Rs.300 and later on after four days informed me that it could not be processed. After several complaints to Global Direct they are not ready to give back my documents and my money from the place where they collected it. GLOBAL DIRECT — default in repaying deposit
I had given a deposit of rs. 350/- for changing form preaid to postpaid on[protected].Later i had cancelled this scheme and demanded for my deposit refund, but they have been continously ignoring my requests. Two month have gone by but i havent received the refund.
