[Resolved]  Godrej Pentacool — not cooling

I have purchased Godrej Penta cool refrigerator from Metro Electronics sathupally in the year 2011 January. Very soon in the month of May 2011 we had compressor problem and the compressor was replaced by Mr.Raghu Ram. Again in 2012 May there was a same compressor problem and again the compressor was replaced by the same Mr. Raghu Ram and we had paid services charges of rs.250/- to him. Now again in July 2012 we have a problem of sudden gas leakage from the deep freezer. We defrosted the fridge as there was excess of ice and we were removing the melted ice with my own hands suddenly he gas released with sound and what was seen that there was a hole in the base of the deep-freezer.

The services of this Godrej dealer is so delayed that every time we have a complaint he drags for a week long time which creates a lot of inconvenience for us.

Now sir i don't want to make any further more repairs because in a span of 1and half Year 3 compressors were changed and now this deep-freezer problem. The company gives a warranty of 5years on compressor and 1 year on refrigerator parts. If this is the case in every 5 years i have to replace 5 compressors and then the company will wash off their hands from their responsibility then what? so my humble request is to suggest me how can i replace this piece because the problem started immediately after 5 months of the purchase.
