I have purchased Godrej Penta cool refrigerator from Metro Electronics sathupally in the year 2011 January. Very soon in the month of May 2011 we had compressor problem and the compressor was replaced by Mr.Raghu Ram. Again in 2012 May there was a same compressor problem and again the compressor was replaced by the same Mr. Raghu Ram and we had paid services charges of rs.250/- to him. Now again in July 2012 we have a problem...

We launched complaint with godrej customer care on 27th april 2012 but yet nobody has come and attended the product for godrej pentacool referigerator , there is no cooling at all and it summer season our all food products are getting spoiled and stinking. i purchased godrej pentacool refrigerator in aug 10. from last one month i am facing
less cooling problem & i have complaint twice in godrej first time it was serviced again i am facing the same problem. if a company like GODREJ is selling defective products then to whom we should trust.a great no. of complaints are now is being registered against GODREJ , do they are losing there market credibility.

Fridge Is Idle. Freezer is less effective.

I had switched of my fridrge for a week's time. When I switched it on again, sometime it was running and later found idle. Freezer is not as effective as it could be but is cool like the fridge and the bottom part in fridge is totally idle. Please arrange to service the same immediatley without any delay.

Refrigerator Malfunction
We have to complaint about our fridge malfunction. We had purchased it on 7/7/06.Its model number is 2311002(Unit sr. no.4041573) .Actually it has a problem with its compressor which is within warranty period which affects its cooling.To the best of our knowledge it has a smaller compressor.
Every time the workers come our time and energy is wasted with no effect.Also many food items perish daily in these 3 yrs sometime also...
