i purchased godrej pentacool refrigerator in aug 10. from last one month i am facing less cooling problem & i have complaint twice in godrej first time it was serviced again i am facing the same problem. if a company like GODREJ is selling defective products then to whom we should trust.a great no. of complaints are now is being registered against GODREJ , do they are losing there market credibility. my cotact-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Godrej Refrigerator — COMPLAIN NBR 325202
SIR I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAIN ON 14TH DEC 08 # 325202, THEIR SERVICE CENTRE TECHNICIAN CAME AND CHARGED THE GAS TOOK RS. 1000/- FROM US AND SAID EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. NEXT DAY SAME COMPLAIN ICE CREAM DOES GET FREEZED AND STARTS MELTING. WE COMPLAIN ONCE MORE, TECHNICIAN CAME AND SAYS COMPRESSOR TO BE CHANGED. WE HAVE AN AMC UNDER # [protected] DTD : 08/08/05 VALID TILL 07/08/09. BUIT NOW THEIR AGENT REFUSE TO ACCEPT COMPLIAN DISCONNECT THE LINE EVERYTIME. WEE CALLED UP TOLL FREE NBR OF GODREJ WHO SAYS FROM LAST FIVE DAYS COMPLAIN WILL BE LOOKED INTO, BUT 15 DAYS ARE OVER NO ONE IS ATTENDING OUR COMPLAIN.Godrej Pentacool — no cooling
Cooling ProblemI have Godrej Refrigerator (Model: GFE 220S.).
There was cooling problem in my fridge. The first complaint which I made to Godrej Service Centre (Toll Free No. [protected])was in the month of September / October. Since then I am struggling to resolve this problem. Following are the details of the work carried by the Godrej technicians so far.
