[Resolved] Vodafone — gprs credit limit | |
my name is vishal . a customer of vodafone postpaid . my number is [protected] i am from HOSHIARPUR (PUNJAB) . my problem is that i have vodafone postpaid with the activation o[censored]nlimited GPRS service of 299 per month. i am using this service from last 10 days but now my outgoing calls and GPRS service has been deactivated . so i went to customer support center and they told me that your credit limit is exeeding 2500 and if you want to activate this service again you have to deposit some money as a security . but i want to know that then what is the difference between postpaid and prepaid . they did'nt tel me about credit limit when i bought this number. I am using vodafone connection (previously Hutch) for the last 5 years in PAU corporate Plan.My no is [protected]. Now I am interested in one more new connection under new PAU corporate plan "TALK SUPER SAVER 149". I had been asked by your agent to deposit Rs. 250/- towards security. I may mention here that when I took the existing connection ([protected]) I did not deposit any security. I therefore Request you to Kindly waive off the security from PAU/GADVASU employees.
