[Resolved] Great Eastern Trading — Malfunctioning Of Window AC ( 1.6 Ton) | |
Dear Sir I had purchased a Samsung window A.C (1.6 ton) on April 12, 2008 from Great Eastern Trading Co, Garia, which was installed on April 16, 2008. Withinn 2 days of purchase the A.C stopped working. After we lodged a complaint to Samsung as well as informed Great Eastern trading, their technician visited after 2 days claiming that the complain was registered with them on a later date. The A.C again stopped working after a few days. And this process is continuing till now. Since the last 2 months we have lodged 4 complaints to the company regarding malfunctioning and erratic working of the A.C. I want to replace this product with a new one. However every time samsung is just doing some patch work on the A.C and continuously harrasing us. At the time of purchase Great Easterne Trading told us we are commiting to you about the good service of Samsung compared to other comapny. So as per their advice ( As a reputed trading Organisation) I had decided to purchase that one. From the very beginning their responses is also very poor and they keep on telling that they can not do anything and wisely advised me to go through Samsung customer Care Procedure. I request you to take action against them so that they can not mislead any customer in future and stop glorifying any particular brand for their own commisional benefit. We would request immediate action on our grievance. I have faced a very bad experience about Great Eastern services of serampore. I have order a samsung 1.5 Ton AC(183BBJ) and paid all the dues on 16.05.2012 and their representative confirm about the stock and it will deliver & installed with in 2 days. I have contacted them on 19th of May, 2012 and their excuse is they don't have any stock and you have to wait till stock will be available.
But they have confirmed me that stock is available at the time of order for that particular model. Its a simply a example of misguiding the customer to fulfill their target.

I lived in Mogra . So that, Chinsurah branch is near from my resident. In October 2012 middle(17/10/2012) I had purchased one 40 inch TOSHIBA LED.MODEL NO 40PS20ZE.AT the time of purchased I received a S. CARD as a 'DURGA PUJA OFFER'& the gift is mixer machine.At that time The Manager said that gift will deliver after puja occasion. But till now the gift not received from chinsurah branch.i contact them over ph but no result, at last I visit the showroom near about 4 times, they told that the said gift not received from your company & when the gift will come from company they not known.
Great Eastern is now harassing its customer.salesman and Managers are very rude in behaviour.They misled customers.Fraud is being done by them.Great Eastern never take care of cutomers once the payment is received by them.
