i have purchase a Ken-star micro-oven on 12Nov. 2012 and with it there is some free gifts. The dealer said as they don't have the free gift, they will send those free gifts i.e induction and toaster with 14 to 15day. This is a complaint regarding Great Eastern Trading Company, Salkia branch. We bought a Godrej Eon Plus Split Air Conditioner 19/03/2012,Monday.

The AC was delivered one day late i.e. on 21/03/2012 Wednesday morning.
