[Resolved]  Green Dust & eBay — CHEATED BY GIVING USED MOBILE

Sir, GreenDust sells only factory seconds or refurbished products and you will see that all products on ebay from us are marked as such. Even our website clearly states that we do not sell new products. We sell factory seconds that come with warranty and thus the huge discounts and there are many customers who prefer to buy such products from us. All our products go through a strict quality inspection and therefore the warranty.
In your case, since you were dissatisfied, we even offered to take our product back and refund you the money (not many companies would do that). We have call records to indicate you were satisfied with that conversation and showed interest in buying more products from us. Our head of customer service was in direct contact with you trying to resolve your grievance to your satisfaction. We at GreenDust put customer service at the forefront and that is the reason we are responding to you on this forum as we have thousands of satisfied customers today knowing fully well what we sell, and happy with our products and after sales service. That is why I am perplexed why you would use this forum when the issue was resolved to your satisfaction?

i have ordered olympus camera on green dust on dated 8-6-11 i transfered money by net banking, but today 13-6-11 status is shows item pending, they didnt sent any conformation email also.

es i agree my order number 2188433..jan 3rd today is 19th jan ..not responding to mails, or calls, all working there are no idea of customer care.i am complaining with consumer forum today.

Iam from Tamilnadu, i can speak either English or Tamil. Even official act 1965 says only English/tamil can be used in Type C region. But the person taking complaints speaks only in Hindi. I told her i cant understand Hindi and i can speak only English, but she continued to speak in Hindi without bothering about inconvenience to Customer.
