Hi to All Here i would like to draw kind attention of all who are using GTPL Cable service. Actually i am facing some problems with GTPL cable servie so i called them they told me that you please install set top box so all your probles will be solved. I reqeusted them to please installed it. but surprizingly after 100 follow ups they are not even responding well and till today i have not got my set top box more than 7 months. I think these people are only instersted in making money. I reqeust them to please improve your service you people should atleast reply to your customers because your are their beacuse us not our existence because of you. Was this information helpful? I've been using since long time, and i didnt find any big difficulties with GTPL. I dont know how they can say it is a fraud company :-)

And Remember that "No company is perfect. Every broadband has few or more difficulties." May be GTPL's feedbacks are different according to Area. But in CTM area, Ahmedabad service is good enough.
