[Resolved] Guwahati Railway Station — Inefficient railway employees | |
Sir, There are a lot of inefficient railway employees working at the Guwahati Railway station.I'm a student of computer science and every time I go to the tickect counter of the Guwahati Railway station, I find that thaey dont't respond us properly, and very surprisingly some of them even doesn't know the proper ticket rates. At the time of ticket cancellation, they don't refund back the proper amount. Moreover, sometimes we find no one at the ticket counter at the time of train departure.And last but not the least, all of them are too slow with the computers leading to the delay of passengers. Dear sir my name is vijay singh i am from rajasthan i was journy on 14056 bp on 09th july from dli to dmv with my two childrens & wifr on ghy station my phone was stolan by man but your railway police did not registard my complante plz tell them for registrid my complane and i also track my devasie by im could
