I was logged in a complaint on 7th October 2011, Friday morning in between 9.00 am & 9.30 am.
The complaint was refrigerator not cooling, which was baught before 1 year & a few months.
The complaint number given to me was "COC[protected]" & the feedback given was "technician will be visited within 24 Hrs & have to pay Rs. 200 plus tax as service charge.
Nobody visited my home or not even called me regarding this within 24 Hrs.
Then I called again on 8th October 2011, Saturday afternoon to your callcenter number. On reference my complaint number, the feedback recieved to me was "It is 24 working hours & technicial will be visited by Monday, ie 10th October"
Nobody visited my home or not even called me regarding this till Tuesday 10.00 am, ie 11th October 2011.
It is very sad to say that your customer service is very pathetic. If it will take more time, you can tell us the exact duration for the technician to visit & the duration to clear the complaint. Was this information helpful? |
On 12th your technician was called & visited my home.
He told us that “we have to refill some gas & he will not be able to do that now. Someone else will contact us & will come for the same”. About the duration he told “at the earliest”.
Pls let us know the duration. If it will take a long time I want to exchange the refrigerator with new one of some other company.
