I have purchased a Haier refrigerator Model HRF663ITA2 on 7/01/2011. The following is the complaint filed with HAIER INDIA, BUT UNTIL TODAY HAIER INDIA HAS NOT CONSIDERED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE AN IMPORTANT OBJECTIVE.

After days of constant follow up, the Management of Haier India had promised to replace the equipment by giving the new equipment.

But until today such a promise is merely a wind blown out of the tongue.
