I have purchased HAIER Refrigerator in Oct 2009. In last month I faced the problem of cooling in top portion. It is

BMR series refrigerator.

The company service technician visited & told that there is problem in defrosting timer and changed the timer. He

charged Rs 1100 including service charges.

But after just one day same problem reappeared. I have called the technician twice & he told me that I have to send

the refrigerator on my own expenses to the service station as they want to observe it for 2 days.

I could not understand why after changing new timer they still require the refrigerator at their service station & that to

on my cost.

Kindly take up the matter with Haier India at the earliest.

I bought this product on 25th january 09, and after some days i found there in a crake on door side i complen it in month of march they gave me comp.no.on month of april-09.the no.was.[protected].And they attend this complen on the month of june-09 as involving by consuner court.Consumer court comp.no.was(185568).Afer that the next mont on 18th july 09.i was alsow complent for cooling problem thet solved it on 22nd july 09.
Now the current problem is alosw for colling and new hair cracks devloping on door side in old location i alsow complen for it in haier customer care on Dated 4/08/09 regurly i follw up by them they give me comp.no.([protected]) but now up to date no body check and attend this complent.I alsow trying to coll a senior person I mail to customer care for senior person bot no body take response.I took the no of senior service manager Mr.Navin no.is([protected])([protected]) mr.Vipin,[protected], [protected], [protected], Shree ram but no body take any axon and now they are not pic up my phone so please help me.
I want to replace the always complent fridge.

Haier — refrigerator

i purchased refrigarator model no. HRD 133PF-HSQP on 01 Nov 11 and still under warranty. complain was register on phone (Complain no. [protected]).the problem is water is leaking from the door. plz do need ful.

I Subash Ch Behera have purchased a new refrigerator (capacity 180 ltr) model no- HRD2015PM-BFCSAI, serial no- 0141 from Bharat Electronics, Bapuji nagar, BBSR, Odisha on 4th june 2013. Now I am facing cooling problem i.e. 0% cooling. So I need urgently replacement of the refrigerator.

    I have given complaint to customer care of Haier on my washing machine not working. One person came from comapny next day and informed that it needs to be taken to service center for repair and he will come and take next day. one week no response from him and company phone no one picksup. again gave complaint to customer care and they asked me to contact [protected] and I contacted that gentleman he responded immediately and in couple of days they took the machine for repair and informed me that the charges will be Rs.6000/- . after nearly 20 days oen delivery boy came with the machine. it is surprise to me to see that the scraches all over the body of the machine and the plastic portion above the tank chipped off in many places. he gave me the bill for Rs.6000/- which is not having any detail on what for I need to pay that amount. when i contacted the gentleman [protected] and he replied me irresponsibly and forced me to accept the machine which I refuced and return back. again logged complaint in customer care and no response till date.

    Haier service center in Chennai was good and they takes care of the equipment well while returning back after service. however here it is worst and i decided not to use Haier any more.

    HAIER/ WASHING MACHINE — POOR SERVICES

    Dear Sir,
    I would like to inform you that one complain for my washing machine which is out of order was registered vide your complain no. [protected] on Dt. 25.06.09
    Today is 20th of July and this complain is still pending. You can see the standard of
    Services provided by you. I use to call every alternative day to the customer services but I get only assurances. After making so many calls your service engineer has visited once on 3rd of July saying that next day he will change the necessary part .
    Not only that your customer care has provided me so many nos. where I should contact
    [protected] this gentleman never picks up the phone he has only music on his phone to hear to the customer and making fool of it.
    I also contacted following nos. 65641620, 64652135/36 but all has the same answer we are forwarding the message as on urgent basis.
    Now you pls tell me what option you have left with us to knock to consumer court only.
    This is a matter of SHAME for your company. Making only high promises to sell your products and in the name of services giving your customers only disappointments.

    Through this letter I would like to inform you that if this problem will not be done in next two working days we shall lodge this complain to consumer court.

    I was compliant on 30th Oct 2009 & the problem is still pending. The engineer visits our home taken money from my father but not given the payment receipt. After 2 days he change the parts but the problem is still pending. I'm trying to calling on customer care from last 5 days nobody comes at my home.

    Since the time of purchasing of the machine, I found the problem with operation of it, 2-3 time engg. visited, and informed voltage problem, which is related with this model, Neither Co. nor dealer never given solutin for this, Presently I'd already logged the complaint, but after 7 dayz I didn't get any response from there.

    Really I have very bad experience with this brand and product too.
    still no one from company responded. this shows the attitude of the company towards customer complaints

      we had bought HAIER LCD TV MODEL L42S9, 2 years back from now. and the display had gone so we called the consumer care who sent a technician home. after inspecting he suggested that the board must be replace which will cost 4000 rs.. we still agreed to pay the huge amount.. its been 2 months now that we have lodged a complaint and still there is no response from their side.. i even spoke to the sales excecutive but nobody is ready to take any action. and they keep disconnecting our calls

      i request everyone not to buy any of their products as they try to dissatisfy customers

        I am writing this mail to you, because I am not getting any satisfactory reply from your Haier company customer care as well as service centre(Kalyan, Mumbai). I had purchase one haier TV on 19 Jun 2011. There was some spark in the TV and now it is not working. I booked the compliance Compliance number THA[protected] at Haier's customer care on 15 Aug 2011 but still issue is open. They told me there are some part should be replaced in my TV which is not available in their service centre. Today is 18th day. Its very surprising for me that TV which I purchased 2 months back that TV part is not available with company's service centre. This is my first experience with Haier and its very dreadful experience. Quality wise your Haier is very bad and service wise Haier peoples are very careless and cheating their customers.

        I am always calling their service centre number [protected], which located in Thane but now they are not picking my calls and if they picked then without any response they disconnect the line. I am very highly disappointed with your service centre’s attitude. This is not a way to handle customer.

        At Haier customer centre, whenever i called, I got only one answer that Sir the Person will come within 24 hours and resolve the issue and in actual it was not happened.

        In future it's very difficult for me to select Haier and also very difficult to suggest anybody for purchasing Haier Product.

        I am asking Haier Team, At which date they will come and resolve this issue.

          Hi,

          With reference to my previous complaint dated May 20, 2011. I have encountered more problems with Haier India now. As I have bought AC just three months back from Haier, the motor of the AC is not working now. I registered a complaint with Haier regarding that on July 28, 2011. The complaint number is DEL[protected]. The executive came to my place and said it will be done in next 2 days. Well, I have told him specifically that I need that to be done as early as possible as somebody in my home is not well and I also asked if they could do it or not. I also called Mr. Kapil who is supposed to be service in-charge for Delhi on his cell phone number [protected] and told him the same. He gave me assurance that it will be done by tomorrow. Well, nothing happened. Since then, I have been calling Mr. Kapil and Mr. Singh (the guy came to my place) every now and then just to know what is the exact status for that. Mr. Kapil is so ashamed of himself that he is finding himself in a state to talk to me because he anyhow will and can give me false assurances. Mr. Singh has got only one reason that company has not provided us motor till now and we are unable to do it.

          Now, just to bring in your notice that Mr. Kapil is the same guy who called me around two months back to solve the issue raised by me (reference to complaint dated May 20, 2011) and told me in future I can rely on him and I will not be disappointed.

          I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THERE SHOULD BE A LAW THAT COMPANIES SHOULD PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS IN A PARTICULAR SPAN TO TIME, ELSE THEY SHOULD BE FINED BECUASE ULTIMATELY IT'S THE CUSTOMER WHO IS THE SUFFERER AND WILL CONTINUE TO SUFFER TILL HE HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH SERVICE OF A PRODUCT.

          I KNOW BY WRITING HERE, NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN AS NO HAIER INDIA REPRESENTATIVE OR ANY SENIOR OFFICIAL WILL COME AND SEE THIS MAIL JUST LIKE IT DIDN'T HAPPEN ON PREVIOUS OCCASION.

              On June 24th, i have raised a complaint since my new Haier A/C stopped working. I was given a reference no. MUM[protected] and assigned a service center for Haier " Zaib Service Ph# [protected].

              I was informed since i couldn't find the original bill for purchase, i will have to pay for the service and i agreed. The technician visited and checked the unit and informed me, the compressor is gone bad and it needs to be replaced, I payed him for the service Rs. 400 and asked him to fix it asap. Next day i received the call from a lady from Zaib service, she sad it it will cost me close to Rs. 5000 to replace the compressor and fill the gas. I told her its a lot of money for a a/c repair.

              I started looking for the bill and i found it, i called her and told her that i have the bill now, its under warranty, get my a/c fixed asap. Now the technician shows up, the strange thing is now they are not talking about the compressor at all. He says its the ACB ( i think thats what he said), gone bad, he checked it and said he couldn't fix it, he has to send someone else to check and fix it. ( remember to get this guy come and visit my place, i had to call their office atleast 6 times, they say the technician will come visit today, but never show up, i had to call them repeatedly)

              After that i called them several times, they promise me the technician will come next day but never showed up. either they realized since i have the bill, they can't get the Rs. 5000 from me, or they do not really have the skills to fix the unit.

              After weeks, i received a call from Haier, to check if they fix the problem. I explained everything thats happened, and how unhappy i am. He said he knows the service center guy and he will come and fix it in 2 days, which never happened. i called again same thing, i waited for another 10 days and finally decided to call them and speak to a manger. I remember his name was Mohit at the # [protected]. I repeatedly asked him to get me a manger, and he said his manger is in a meeting and he does hot have the authority to put me to a manger.

              I told him many times, as a consumer, who bought your product, i am requesting a manger and he refused. This is the level of service Haier offered me.

              Now, i regret buying Haier. I have an advice if you ever consider buying a Haier A/C, unless you want to use and throw, if you are expecting any service from them, don't bother, all they want is just take your money and never turn back. I made that mistake and regret the most today. I should have spent a little bit extra and bought a trusted brand.

              Well don't make the same mistake i did.

                Hi,

                I(Sardendu, M: +91-[protected]) have complained to Haier India for my LCD TV two months ago, a engineer(from 'United HomeCare') had come to my house( Udyog Vihar, sector 82, Noida) and after inspection suggest me that the problems is in TV's Board and said that I have to replace the Board with newer one.
                Till now, Haier India has not replaced the Board;

                Today(18 July) I received a call from Haier service center[protected]....a person(Sachin Mo: [protected]) is saying that I (Haier) can't replace your TV's Board due to unavailability of Board. Also, saying that you have to repair the Board. For this you have to pay around Rs. 4,000/- and this would be without any warranty.

                I think 4,000/- is too much price!

                So, I am asking to Haier India - In future, should I not purchase any product which is labeled by Haier?

                    Hi,

                    Complain request has been raised 6 th time regarding same issue (from last 3 months) of sound system with Model No:L32M3.LCD is under warranty and pathetic services are being provided by Haeir in order to fix it.
                    About one half month later your employ come to change the part of it, but its not work and also the lcd become totally dead and he said we come tommorow for repairing it
                    but now about 3 weeks no one has come to repairing or replacing it.

                    Request to fix it or replace it as ASAP .

                      i had purchased air conditioner of haier in april 2008.again 2011 april i made a service of it n the company has made a AMC of 1 year n charged 1370.00rupee.after one n half month(on 14 may) my again started the same trouble of cooling.i filed a complain(no DEL[protected] no body has made any call regarding services.i called them more than 30 times, they misguided me by giving several unresponsive nos.finally on 23 when i again called they told ur phone has not responded so v declined ur request.it cant be possible,again if happened they should made me one more call..actually they r shielding themselves.now they registered a new complain (DEL[protected].
                      i m feeling great trouble.plz rectify the matter

                      HAIER/Window AC — No Response to complaint

                      I bought a 1.5 ton Window AC from Fairdeal electronics in Dwarka on 4th April 2010. The AC is a Haier product. I got the free service done just before the one year warranty got expired. The AC developed a problem wherin the fan started making lot of noise and stopped working. I lodged a complaint and the service engineer visited us on 6th May. Thereafter since the problem persisted we have continously followed up with the Cutomer care and all they say is that the engineer will visit us in 24 hours. The problem has still not been resolved even after numerous follow up. The ironic part is that there has not been even a single call from the company's side.

                        Hi,

                        This is to state that I have bought two air-conditioners, HW-18L3H, on April 27, 2011. Since then, nobody even turned up for demonstration of the same. First of all, the authorized installation guy charged Rs 600/- for such a bad installation that even sunlight is coming from the sides of A/C, when complained to him, he said, this can only be done like this. Well, add to more problems now, one A/C has got broken front grill as soon as I opened a box. Now, I have registered three complaints for all the above except for installation as there is no criteria for it on May 2, 2011. The customer care executives are so stupid that they can’t even tell me what is happening. Every time, I call them, they simply say that the person is going to be at your place within 24 hours, then nobody turns up and no call.

                        I would like to escalate this matter to your higher authorities and would take Haier India to Consumer Court for all the inconvenience caused to me till date. I surely can say that I won’t ever buy any Haier product in future and nor I refer one to anyone around me.

                        Well, one more thing to add, there was no warranty card given for any of the A/C either from dealer or I found them in the box.

                        Well, the complaints number is DEL[protected] for the damaged A/C front grill. Rest is forgotten from my side as I have made another installation guy to fix the problem, ask somebody else who has Haier to give me proper demonstration and went to the dealer shop again to ask for warranty cards and got it after he tried to fool me two times that it is the bill which has got warranty in itself.

                        Of note, I have lodged the complaint for the broken grill as soon as I opened the box in front of the authorized installation guy.

                          Haier Refrigertaor BMR REF (model no 294 VF WRCL)bought on 10 May 2011 from HAIER authorised dealer ( Rajpal Airconditioners and Refrigeration-Pimpri,Pune)and started using it on 11 May. Refrigerator was found leaking water on 12 May 2011.I suspect problems in defrosting / evaporation comartment . Lodged a complaint through the Vendor which got registered on 14 May 2011,against which I received an sms with contact detail of personnel attending the problem.Failing to invoke any further response,proactively called up on the number which belonged to one Mr Rajesh who directed me to his lead Amol Karlekar who then directed me to one Mr Munna Sheikh.I expected a service instead I had to go through time consuming loops to find the service personnels which is disguisting..Munna Sheikh assured me to attend to my problem on 16 May.However ason 17 May night no-one has yet attended the problem which I believe is getting worse.Amusing part is none of the above concerned personnels are now picking up the phone ...Vendor is assuring me help is on way however I dont belive him either and see it as time buying attitude.

                            My IN-GAURANTEE LCD has broken down due to a defect in some part called power supply. Its been 10 days that i have been continously trying to speak to Haier for repair but no result. As per their conversation the part will take 5 days to arrive fro their factory in some other city. I have been waiting for 12 days already and status today is still 5 more days. I had written to their customer help line but no response. Company generic id also is mum on same. Brand if it can be called has no courtsey to even write back give me correct status.

                            If you are planning to go for Haier its a BIG NO NO from my side. There is no concept like after sales services and customer care. Third grade back end supply chain.

                              Hi,

                              I purchased Haier 180ltr Refrigerator [HRD.205 CM DGCB BSO 3 C 2 E8400P1B490465] 15/04/2011, from Mahavir Agency, Shirur.

                              It is not working from the day I purchased, so many times I called Mahavir agency & lodged complaint. Every day their representative says that, they will get back or if its urgent then call to Haier company directly.

                              When I called Haier company service department, they are also saying same thing, Our service engineer will get in touch with you in 24 hours, its been now complete 5 days, but I did not get any positive response from Haier company. Following are the the bill details, which I purchased from Mahavir Agency, Shirur.

                              Price: Rs. 7,200/-

                              Hope, I'll get some positive response from the company after complaining on this forum.

                                I have purchased a Haier refrigerator Model HRF663ITA2 on 7/01/2011. The refrigerator had some temperature control problem so I raised a complain on 17/03/2011 case no kol[protected]amd then on 19th march another case no Kol[protected] was raised on the same issue. Till date I have chased up for the case several times but no action has been taken yet. I have tried calling at the service center but no one takes the call.

                                  from the date of purchasing( 3/10/09) to till date Haire BMR 250 Lt model i am facing continous cooling and ice formation problem. Mechanic came 2-3 time and said new problem every time.i just faidup of Haire services. after purchasing it, i paid 5000/- extra for repairing .yeasterday i.e. on 14/4/2011 the service man told the problem of Timer and get Rs 836 /- (386 + 450) service charge and timer cost. I paid the amount but still problem wasnt short out.
                                  I request you to provide good services for today as well as future need also. otherwise i will have to go for other option also.
                                  kindly shortout my complains and findout any alternative for that

                                    Dear Team,

                                    My air-conditioner was picked up by an authorised service agent of Haier India, Kolkata (Cool Point)on 9th of March, 2011. Post that we (including my family members) have called up the customer service help line no's around 4 times (KOL[protected], KOL[protected] and every time we have been given assurances that the team would revert immediately. But all of those were false commitments. To my surprise the service agents are also so rude that they don't hesitate to disconnect a customers call and on my point of escalating the matter to a consumer forum they feel very proud in saying that now the machine will be delivered only after me serving a notice from the consumer forum.
                                    The whole episode has changed my entire image of a global company like Haier. I am sorry to mention but there is nothing called customer service in Haier-India. I have been left without my air-conditioner since last one month and with no response from the company's side.

                                    My sincere request to you all is please resolve my complain.

                                      I have a problem with Haier Refrigerator purchased from Giria’s Investment Pvt. Ltd, in 2005. I have attached my email communication details with the Haier Company official’s. There is a repeated problems with the refrigerator, I have been replaced with new one from last 5 years for 3 times. Now, there is a problem once again & the company has replaced the compressor & are trying to convince to continue to use their product.

                                      I would like to know, if there is consumer case applicable against Haier India
