[Resolved]  Hathway — speed issue

I am a subscriber for Express way 1024. Earlier I was on 256 and 512 Kbps thinking that upgrading to higher bandwidth plan will be better way to get better browsing experience. It happened the reverse. While on 256, i used to get 15-20 kbps always. I had problems with 512 Kbps, then upgraded to 1 Mbps line. I had severe speed issues with them. Sites like Facebook, CNN, Rediff, Intel won't even load during evenings. Late night and during working hours they work better. After work (till 12 am), you are at the mercy of your family God/goddess to get good browsing speed. Find here a screenshot of facebook loaded around 7:40 pm without any other software running on the system except for hathway webmail (as I was complaining).

Their support tells me to contact bangalorehelpdesk Email ID, when I call. They are clear that bangalorehelpdesk doesn't contact tele support or viceversa. I asked them because helpdesk wasn't responding to my mails. I asked them if I can contact some one in this issue. They said they don't have access to persons at helpdesk. When i insisted almost for one hour, then they asked concerned person to send me a test mail.

On the other hand, their tele support is rude and do not help customers. Few of them are really good and know what they are talking. Rest is as irritating as tele marketeers. You just want to yell at them or even curse them with fullest arsenal in your vocabulary.
