I'm regular user of Hathway internet with 600Kbps Unlimited Plan..
basically I am using my pc for online gaming only and sometimes for regular purpose.
Bt now a days I can experience a bit slow speed in online gaming.. I have checked all my pc and its configuration it is all right and it is confirmed that it is all about internet connection issue...All experts said to me that it should work perfect with this 600Kbps plan .
Please look into the matter

Hathway Cable & Datacom — Not getting refund from last 3 month
My connection was closed in Feb 2016 but, still I am not able to get my refund.I provided all details required for that process.

It was fast but suddenly the speed became very very slow. I want my internet to become fast again. The speed issue is very chronic. I have been having intermittent or no connectivity for my internet connection for the last 6 - 7 days. last 2 days there is no connectivity at all.
Call to customer care does not resolve the issue and they connect the call to escalation team and put on hold for over 10 minutes and then the call gets disconnected (apparently that is their setting) and no call back. Writing to helpdesk also has no benefit as they have been saying, I will receive a call from technical team but, that does not happen.

I have made complaint regarding speed issue. Right now the plan that I m using is of 1 MBPS plan. I have registered complaint that speed of my net is below 256 KBPS. I registered my complaint on 04/07/2014 and still my issue has not be resolved. I have made payment for 3 month in advance and I m using Hathway Broadband from 2012.
