[Resolved]  Hathway Broadband Internet — Connection Problem for the Last 4 Months

Dear Sir,
I'm having an account no. 81236 with Hathway Internet since long time and there always use to be problem with the connection which use to get solved within a week after continuous calls to the customer care dept. But from the last 4 months I'm having almost no connection i.e. I get connection only for 1 to 2 hours a days, but as per my Plan 256Kbps Unlimited i should get 24Hours Connection, whereas other companies in Building are getting the connection properly. Whenever a complain is made to Customer Care & when we call the next day they always say that your complain has been solved as their engineers has done the work.

I'm really sorry to say but after taking Unlimited Connection & Paying The Whole Amount In Advance if this service is given to the customers then every customer will have to think 10 times before approaching such companies.
