[Resolved] Hathway Broadband Internet — regarding renew perod | |
24th May, 2008 Dear Consumer Forum, I undersigned customer of Hathway service bearing Cust no. 107556 want to make a complaint. My scheme is for 6 month and its prepaid. During the month of november and december 2007 my exam were going on and I had not renew the scheme and till that period my net was disconnected by hathway service. I called hathway person to come and collect the money and paid renew fee on 5th Jan 2008 and my A/c now got activated next day.i.e.6th Jan 2008. On 21st May, 2008 I got call from hathway service that my A/c is expiring on 30th May, 2008. I was bit confused that it was for 6 month and should end on 4th july, 2008. I immediately went to nearby hathway service with the bill (5th Jan, 2008) and ask about the problem. They (Praveen & other person) told me that they will make enquiry with head-department. I have a proof i.e. bill and also I can show that I have not used from 30/nov/07 to 5/jan/08 from the usage.(it was disconnected). I am prepaid account customer and if I have not renew my account the very next day my net is disconnected. The mistake is from hathway service.
