[Resolved]  Hathway — Package renewal

I have paid 3 months of advance on my hathway internet connection, but every month the package gets expired and gets renewed only after I call their helpline. On asking they said that their software aotomatically cuts of the connection. What I want to know is that if they cant provide seamless service why are they taking money in advance? If I have to give them a call every month why did I pay all that money in advance.

I have taken hathway internet connection on 27/05/2012 for unlimited use by paying Rs. 1825/-



From your Thane branch office (Vedant Complex) Account No. 902187



But it is wrongly mention limited for 9GB plan by your thane dept



Now my internet connection has been stopped.



Please switch over my account for unlimited use and active my account.

I have taken hathway internet connection on 22/12/2012 for unlimited use by paying Rs. 1365/-, My A/c no is 936404, i have got the message from ur side for renewal when i asking for neteji (ur employee) he said u pay 1599/- ur plan hasbeen changed now u can paid above amount i ask why my plan has been changed without intimating me pse inform me what amount i have pay Mob [protected]
