Hathway sucks. we are a corporate customer with ac # 1123954. Our net in the office has been down since 4 days. We have called at least 25 times and still no luck. We keep getting calls asking if the net is up. They promise to send a technician who never turns up. I ask for a manager and am put on hold and the manager never comes on the line. What a horrible service. Please do not get this service. You will repent always.

I have been asking for a technician for the last 4 days in Pune. They always promise that a technician will turn up but that is a white lie.pathetic and ridiculous customer service. Till now my issue is unresolved.
I have talked to atleast 6 customer service executives. still my issue is not resolved.It is very frustrating

It is disgusting to note that even after we inform Hathway persons to pick up the payment for renewal of account, they have not visited and now the services are disconnected.
When they approached me for connection, they have assured lot of things about service. But, practivcally when it comes to service, NOTHING IS PROVIDED ON SERVICE as a CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND TO THE SATISTACTION OF CUSTOMERS.
I hope they will visit to our residence to sort out the issue.
