[Resolved]  Hathway — CUSTOMER SERVICE

I think hathway doesn't know how to provide customer service. i think there is no perticular system...its customer service is rediculous and sucksss........Even if anybody place a poll in world likw which is worst customer service then hathway will come 1st no doubt about it if you place a poll for good customer service then even hatway will not come that side there are far away to good customer service ......dont trust service enginners of hathway they told me they will provid internet connection with in 1 day but they didnt do that and they are not lifting my phones . i dont know if they will give my money back or not i think they will doing interest business with customer money ..after all shunting they will tell today will give sir like that but u cant find ur connection i[censored] logged a conmplaint in consumer form then they will tell service engineer has sumbit money jst 1 day back thats why from noonwarsd with in day we will provid like that they are best worst cheaters in the world never trust hatway customer service mans and engineers
