[Resolved] Hathway — Abrupt termination of service without refunding money | |
We had taken a 256 Kbps broadband connection from Hathway in May 2008. In October 2008, the service prodider suddenly terminated the connection. Hathway had charged Rs. 1000 as installation fees. When we contacted Hathway, they replied that nothing could be done now and the money was as good as lost. I am still in a state of shock about the apathy and unprofessional conduct demonstrated by the company. Please don't subsribe to Hathway for any internet connection Was this information helpful? | |

This is regarding the mail I had sent you a couple of days back about your Internet braodband services to be terminated on the closure of 2nd June'09 and today is 1st June'09 but I havent got any response from your side yet and we are getting relocated on 4th June'09 as indicated to you
