Hathway — connectivity problem and speed

Hathway Broadband Internet — poor speed, no conetivity, harrasment

inspite of giving complaints to customer care, there is no response. they are not even connecting to higher authorites nor solving our complaints

am naveen i have taken hathway connection on 1st april 2010
the plan is 256kbps speed but i am hardly getting a speed of 80kbps
which is not even enogh for online chatting

dear sir/mam i am mangesh kachba, flat no. 18/A, ganadhipati appt, 820, gadgil street, sadashiv peth. pune-30. my internet cable connection is is not working seems 14 march 2013..and becous of that we are not paying the bill this month ...please fix ur connectiviti problam as soon as possible..we give complent to hathway 2 times

I am also facing the same issue. They have not even installed a new modem also. Whenever i call them they keep routing me back and forth from one team to another team. Extremely pathetic customer service. No sense of accountability.
