[Resolved]  HCL Infosystems Ltd. — Request/Help Whole UP-SWAN/NICNET Engineers

Respected Sir,

We need help because HCL managers (Ashit Sharma,V.Rohit,M.Bineesh,Avinash Tripathi,Sharad Nigam)(5 Super Power) sitting on the TOP is not solving our problem but creating problems for us day by day whenever we try to interact with them by telephone they will not receive our phones. If they receive then they talk very rudely to us. If we talk about salary they start abusing us. They treat us as an I.T. Labor or H.C.L. Labor. The situation is going to be more then worst day by day because they forget that behind any project or any organization the back bone is the manpower working in the Project / Organization.
Now we have no hope from HCL INFOSYSTEMS because the Team Leaders working since last 2-3 Years are getting the same salaries they are getting at the time of joining and N.F.E. working in NICNET / UP-SWAN PROJECT are getting[protected].Why salaries are based on qualification when we have to perform the same work / Job. Engineers like T.L. /N.F.E working for HCL are O.J.T. (On Job Trainee) for the past 1-3 Years. We don’t know when we will complete our training.
Every company is giving the bonus to their employees from the profit that company earns but in HCL bonus is deducted from N.F.E. salary and given at the end of the year without Interest.
P.F. is deducted from N.F.E. Salary but there is no P.F. A/C opened by HCL Insofystems.No T.A. is give to N.F.E. working in Tehsil /Blocks for coming to NIC for different works. Phone Reimbursement is not given to N.F.E.
Diesel Amount is Transffered to T.L. / N.F.E. Account to make the genset operational in District / Tehsil /Block after sending complete Diesel Bill/ Log Book verified by D.I.O the diesel amount is deducted from T.L. and N.F.E. Account in 2 months.Hcl is now treating T.L./N.F.E. as a Genset Operator who will take the Diesel container and go to the petrol pump and purchase the Diesel then put the Diesel in the Genset and make the Genset Operational and keep the site up but HCL forgot that petrol pump is 5-6 Kms away from Tehsil / Block and who will pay the convence amount.
HCL INFOSYSTEMS is not giving salary on time to T.L.New Joinee.N.F.E. Posted in District / Tehsil / Block is getting his first salary after 4-6 months. If a N.F.E. goes to HCL OFFICE Lucknow then he has to wait for 4-6 Hours to open his salary account in ICICI / HDFC Bank.
HCL INFOSYSTEM is also not returning the P.F. money deducted from salary of N.F.E. who resigned from his job for several reasons and also not giving experience letter on time. If a T.L. goes to collect his form 16 A then he has to stay in Lucknow for 2-3 days to collect his form 16A.
SWAN/NICNET Project running is all over India Engineers are getting[protected] Salaries and they performing their duties very well but in Uttar Pradesh the situation is more than worst due to HCL Policies.
Now HCL INSOSYSTEMS is making pressure on N.F.E. to put their signature on their Extension Letter and Annexure and send till 15/12/2009.
We request all NIC higher officials (District/State Unit) to help us because we are working in NIC Projects (NICNET/UPSWAN) and convey our message of D.G. /S.I.O. Mr.S.B.Singh because now there is no hope left from HCL INFOSYSTEMS they are making situation more than worst day by day.

i m also working in HCL Infosystems, on SWAN project as an NFE. and i totally AGREE that whatever is written in the complaint is TRUE. Hcl managers treats us as slaves, and they want us do to everything, whatever they say, BUT dont ask for the salary, dont ask for our rights. i m working in the project for 1 YEAR, but till now they are giving only Rs. 3508 /-.(as stipend) and there is no increment. and this is the situation with all of NFEs. we dont have our PF account no, but PF is cutting from the salary. and very often company cuts our salary without giving any reason, it has happened number of times with me and my colleagues.

now the situation is very bad, Please HELP us.

Managers are most lazy (sote kuttee...junglee kutte...slumdogs...etc etc) persons seen ...only meant for treating us like bonded labour.These mother[censored]rs dont understand our feeling ...there is safe and we are working to save our. itna khoon to joonk bhi nahi choosti jitna ye chooste hai ...
In manager ko jinhone naukri dee hai unhe umra kaid honee chahiye.

Inko registan mai nanga kar k shahad dalna chahiye ... or cactus k uper lita k chitiya chod deni chahiye...


Manage karna to inko kuch ata nahi hai Engg se kuch poochte hai use v customer ko ulta batate hai...




Manage Ka M v in logo ko ata nahi hai...

M ka matlab in logo k liye wahi hai jo Pichla bhai LIKH chuka hai...(DIL Se)..

I am totally disagree with you all, there are some point we must keep in mind before using such words

HCL has taken us on contractual Job and given us a platform to get some experience and grow further in our career and we have only decided to join them, now after a year, when we have one year experience in Networking, instead of getting good job with high remuneration, we are fighting with HCL, which is absolutely wrong.

If we have caliber to get good job and salary, no one can stop us, since, we are not confident and having less expertise in technical area, we are putting our frustration in words and blaming HCL.

I know, some of you would not like my comments, which is true…… but think over it with cool and professional mind.. R we at right track…………. I think know……..

Instead of Blaming anyone, we must concentrate on our career and technical skills and should use brand name in getting good job in industries.
All the best to you all….. I have just got a good job in Delhi at 2.4L package, you can also get, just focus on right thing………
We are not blaming anybody but HCL should think at our side. We are B.Tech and engineers and taking Rs. 5000 only!!! That is shocked. What platform HCL is giving? It treats us as BHAADE KE MAJDOOR. In today's life salary is our first preference rather than platform. So HCL top level managers should wakeup and think for us. Other than they will suffer.

this very shamfull situation in bihar and other state in which hcl get contract nicnet. hcl is big company but i am sorry this company is very GANDA, KAMINA, MUFTKHOOOOR company hai. this company get only pfrofit.
PLZ, if any one can something do for that problem of NFE's of hcl. do any thing plz god bless ur family.

Your products are really worst.Improve your materials.Ek bhi product dhanka nhi h. bahut jaldikaam karna to band hi kar dete hain.ek dum ghatiya hain.Or price to dekho masha allah.Agar koi mujhe ise free mein bhi dena main to tab bhi na loon.Nikkame Kam dhang se nhi karte.

Realy i am agree from your statement, but you have to think also possitive, this the plate form for first job or for freshers.eccess and over is enough.
Actually this company is ek number ka dalal hai, randy se bhi battar hai, hamara pasie kat kar sale apne maa bahno ki dalay karwate hai, inka bus chale to des ko hi bech dale.acha hai pure des ka contract nahi mila nahi to wo bhi kar dalte salae harami, kutte, kamine, iski maa ki...

hello i am going to join HCL infosystems, they told the salary 5000 during on job training, after reading all ur comments i have a doubt that even after one year also they are giving less salaries for workers.


shall we get out of HCL after our on job training is over and search for a new job with the experience that we gained there during one year

Mai to apne Transfer k liye pichle 1 year se request kr rha hun bt hamare Senior's ko joo tak nahi rengta hai. Mera transfer actually 8 months pehle hi ho chuki thi bt 2 hours baad ye kehkar cancel kr diya gaya k waha kisi aur NFE ko recruit kr diya gya hai hence, you r in waiting List...
Tab se lekar aaj tak mai transfer k liye pareshaan hoon because jaha pe meri posting hai,
waha mere paas bachta kuch nhi hai, ghar se maangna padta hai.

Aur sir mai SALARY k baare me kya kahu aap sab to jante hi hai- OONT K MUH ME JEERA.
