dear mam/sir my HCL laptop machine sr. no.-3094AX294924 ,Product code-AX0B3841 ,product desc-HCL notebook B38C2D ,When i give the laptop in service center area green , and after receive the laptop when i open my laptop in my home same day, my laptop upper part screw point which is handle by HCL service center , are damage , and when i tell him about that fault they asked me about its proof, i told him that please open it in front of me, than i give him poof and poof that how the laptop screw point damage, they not do this and totally give me a bad response, i also talk to mr. caption ( area sales manager ) and he told me that they solve my problem and and its 45 days left and there are no response come from hcl side, so please give me some serious attention on my problem and solve my problem thanks & regards deepak verma [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

my HCL laptop machine model B38c2d hinge was breaked after 1.2 year.i have given quotation 2 time .after 2 month of quotation my spear sparts are not coming.ther are always telling next date and not coming. So please give me some serious attention on my problem and solve my problem
If we face this type of problem why we purchase and why we ask any one to buy HCL product .
seriously only hcl service centre have such problem .
i am very disappointed.

sir, my kodak camera model is [protected] i have taken kodak camera from sahara ganj lucknow but it was out of order so i had gone to hcl nirala nagar to get it repaired they had taken my camera for repair.but no receipt had been given. when again i had gone to take my camera back they asked me for receipt, their behaviour towars me was so rude.mrs prakash n. srivastava (regional customer care manager) was not ready to listen to me .i was ready to give my i. d and application that i m vinay kumar singh .but he neither handed over my camera nor paid attention. if we face such type of problem than what we tell other about hcl.i m very disappointed.you are requested to look into this matter.

I bought HCL lap from Madurai HCL Store Room on 20.10.2008. Serial no of my lap is 9083A1124506. It was working fine only for 6 months after that LCD display gone, blue tooth not working and mouse pad right button not working. I gave it to Madurai HCL Service Center. They took for five months for it and they told me your
warranty expired you have to pay 3500 for AMC. I have been paid. They delivered lap on March 20th of 2010 to me.
After few days LCd display and bluetooth not working again. Then i have it HCL Service Center chennai on 29th May, 2010 but they told me yours LCD problem solved one week before itself but for blue tooth we have replace new mother board it have to come from Noida itself. when ever i called them (No is[protected] MR. Basker attended the call) and told me wait we dont when ll it ready while it comes ready we ll call you back. They did not give me proper information.
I am looking forward your reply behind this.
