[Resolved]  Hcl Laptop — HCL Laptop service regarding.

Hi,
I bought a HCL Laptop AX0K2101 through Surya Computers, Choolaimedu, Chennai on[protected]. Hardly I used this computer for one week. The system was too slow. When I checked, I found bad sectors in harddisk. I gave the laptop for service to Surya computers as per the promise that they get it serviced by HCL people. After 2 weeks of follow ups Surya computers service Engineer Mr. Rajesh returned the Laptop saying, it was serviced by HCL company. But the rear side "warrenty void" sticker is broken and the Laptop's cover is not properly fixed. Because of this, most of the front panel buttons are not working. laptop serial no is 6074AX509644. Please confirm that this laptop is serviced by HCL service engineers and make arrangements for proper fixing of the cover and buttons.

i bought my lap on 4 months ago.From starting day onwards my dvd writer is not working. cd writer is working properly but when u put a dvd it is considering as cd and i am unable to use the dvd properly. please suggest me with a nice solution.waiting for your positive reply.

HCl laptops & service are worst, I have buy a laptop on Nov 2008. From starting Blue tooth was not working It take 2 months to change the device of Bluetooth. I use to follow up regularly but not a proper response is coming. After round about 2 months blue tooth part had came and they had changed it, but yet its not working properly.

Their are lots of complaints. Not a 1year is complete and Laptop is getting hanged, Its not opening fast i have to press the switch for a time and it start. Services are not at all good.

For all these things should i have to take the laptop again and again at service center. All thing waste time - petrol. We are not free

KIndly suggest the problem for the above said problems

I bought HCL laptop on last year, but from last three months monitor problem, display fully in rose shade, I serviced through hcl care center at trupur, i paid Rs.1800. still not cured that problem...
sir, I have a HCL, laptop, which was purchased on 27 Oct 2008 from Bhopal, Machine Sr No 9084AX113490, Product Code AX0B2839 Product Description HCL NoteBook B28 C2D.

We had taken the Laptop to your Service Centre(Bhopal) in April Last Week as Notebook is gving intermittent problem of keyPads, your Service centre asked us to give 1 week time for problem finding they kept this Laptop for Entire month saying the problem is of Motherboard which they rectified after 1.5 months which they given us back on 03/06/2009, after receiving the Laptop we found that Battery is not charging at all, again we approached to the Service Centre on 05/06/2009, but as on Today our Laptop is still your Service Centre.

As of day todays days Laptop spended in your Service Centre is more than 2 months, in warranty Period.

So we are now forced to move to consumer court for New Laptop since it is giving regular problem since the day we had purchased.

sir i bought HCL laptop last 6 month ago but my all the display nuts are comeout from the monitor board and left speaker was not working. if you are a manager please try to close your company.otherwise people will close your company.
I had bought my HCL laptop before 1 and half year, Iam relly very upset that all the screws in the latop was not correctly fitted- i noticed this on the day when i bought from store. Day by day one screw from the laptop wore out.
The very hard part which i couldnt digest is, the laptop sliding door screws suddenly wore out and there was a opening in right side of the sliding door.
I have used IBM and Dell laptop for very long time and i have switched to HCL laptop but with in 1 and half year the fate of my laptop became very bad, Please justify
i have a hcl laptop of one year old. i working perfectly but suddently it failure to get power supply. when i working in my pc connecting with the charger it unable to supply power. i think it is the problem of adopter. but when i check it in another same pc it properly worked in that laptop. i also try another working adopter in my pc but it also unable to supply power to my pc. now it working on battery backup, but problem is that how long time i work in battery.

i also try to connect my pc with charger after removed the battery from pc. but then also it unable to get power supply.

please help me in solveing my problem.

i am confuge, wheather it is problem of adopter or my pc. or if it is the problem of my pc when it is minor or major.

This has reference to servicing of my laptop sl.no.2064AX028848.

I purchased my laptop with 3 years warranty on 19.4.2006 from your dealer GS net services, chennai.
It was working fine for 3 years and started giving problem and I gave it for service on 28.4.2009 in your office.
I got it after one month i.e.27/5/2009 and I have paid Rs. 5000/=. I observe that keyborad was not working after I received from service. Previously it was working fine. I was told keyboard needs to be replaced. I was working with external keyboard due to lot works in office. Again Laptop failed and gave it to your office for service on 17.7.2009. Again I was told main board had failed and needs to be replaced. I understand you have reeived wrong spares from your delhi office 2 times.!!!.
I am yet to recive my laptop after service.

All my works are help up due to your poor service and poor relaibility of your products.

I would highly appreciate if you could arrange for replacement.

I have tried to contact your mobile many times but no response.

Please do the needful otheriwise legal action will be initiated.

I have been registered to get offer. till today neither I have received any gift from your side nor any responsence. So please send my gift as much as early possible.

HCL Notebook-P28 — Shame for indians

before to buy a HCL Laptop read it first. Today Date when i am complainting is[protected]
I have bought a HCL Laptop on dated 04/10/2009. Before purchasing your
company made laptop there was only some reasons was in my mind first
was that its Indian and its everywhere in govt banks, schools, ect. I
did not know that it was my big mistake. Laptops hanged on dated
15/07/2009. I visited u r service centre on date 18/07/2009. They gave
me a slip and they said that we will call u when u r laptop’s part
will come. They said you can confirm within a week. According to your
Engineer I said to my uncle please collect it from me after 10 days.
It becomes very shame for me that I have bought a HCL laptop for my
uncle’s daughter for her study. I daily dial HCL customer care centre
please solve my problem but they always says wait for a week.
I want to request you that please solve my problem i[censored] can.
Otherwise i will go to consumer court. I am sending some attachment
files. Please give a look.

I am fed up of your Hcl service. I had given a laptop on your service station on 28 july 2009 as their was a problem of dvd writer and they told me that it will be fine within 10 days as they had to sent it to chandigarh service station and when I got my Laptop back on 7th August again it was having the same problem and then again I submitted my laptop on same date to amritsar service station and till date I had not received my laptop yet as today is 9th september. And I came to know from chandigarh branch that earlier they (Amritsar branch) didnot sent my laptop to chandigarh. Now itz over a month that I have not received my laptop yet. What kind of service you are providing? My laptop is still in warranty. when will I receive? I want my whole money back and take your laptop back or increase my warranty. My whole work has just stopped due to your careless and bad service. I had submitted my laptop to Mr.Tushar in Amritsar and then I talked to Kishore and Sudhanshu Mishra in Chandigarh and still no response. If i Do not receive any response from you then I have to go to consumer court.

I have recently purchased the HCL LeapTop with the following details.

I had purchased the laptop on 17/02/08 from the dealer in Surat CPS, Nanpura Surat.
From the day I have purchased the laptop it is giving some problem.
The List of issues:-
1) Within a span of 1 year, there was some problem with the motherboard and it got replaced.
2) Again within 1 year, There was some problem with RAM and it got replaced.
Seeing this, I got an idea that I have purchased a very usless product and I got my Warranty renewed for 2 years by paying Rs 5500/- additional charges.

3)There is a small patch in the display of the Laptop.
4)Recently on 14/09/09 there was some serious Display Problem and the laptop did not turn on. I had to rush to the service station for egtting it done.
I received the laptop with so called repaired state on 22/09/09.The battery has stopped charging And again on 23/09/09 Morning, The laptop is not turning on.

Please tell me what should I be doing now. The very next day after the service the Laptop started giving problem.
I am surprised how can any brand sell such a low quality product to any consumer.
I am a student studying MSc.(IT) and I am very much aware of all the technologies present.
We save each and every single rupee and purchase your product thinking that we are investing in our future and the so called Good Brand like HCL is ultimately cheating us in this manner.
It is really very astonishing fact that your product which I purchased for Rs 30, 000 cannot even work for 1 year without any troubles.

We save each and every single rupee and purchase a quality product and we get cheated like this.

Sir I want to get a full replacement of the piece and that too with a warranty period because hence forth its hard to trust a branded company and purchase a product.]

perhaps it was one of the biggest mistake of mine to go for buying a laptop made by HCL, such poor laptops they are selling! I baught my HCL myleap laptop(model no. MH02 / Serial No. 6094AX470931) on 7th August, 2009 from a Croma Store in hderabad! Just within using for a month( that too only for web browsing), it broke! While taken to a service center in Kolkata, the engineers there diagonosed that it was a faulty PCB and that needs to be changed! I left the laptop with the service center on 19th Septemebr, 2009. Though they promised tp repair the laptop in a weeks time, as usual, following the typical trend of poorest customer service of any Indian company, till date they have not repaired it and the telecaller lady has only one sentence to reply, "it will be repaired probably by next week". God knows when this next week will come. Now, I need to travel to a differnet city! My question is, does these folks not have any SLA ? How come they operate in the global market them! Its a shame on them, shame on HCL, a so called "5 Bl $ enterprise".
I know even after writing this, nothing will change and HCL folks will not at all take any action.
However, serious readers, don't get fooled by these Indian brands, they are cheap, both in price, quality and after sell service!
Shame on HCL and its folks.
