[Resolved]  HDFC Bank AUTO LOAN — Misleading about auto loan by hdfc auto loan department

Sir,
I have applied for a new car (OPTRA MAGNUM) loan few days ago, and the following sms :

I Received from HDFC. But car Dealer (PADAM MOTORS PATIALA) totally denied that any draft or check they received send by the HDFC..

I again lodge my complaint to HDFC and received the above sms as well as email reply that on[protected] my check was delivered to the dealer.

now i have to buy a new car but loan is not send by HDFC which is totally professional misconduct on the part of HDFC Ban. I WILL SUE THEM IN CONSUMER COURT.

i faced the same problem recently i recieved the same msg. that yr. app of auto loan acct. no. 14826726 has been approaved . i recieved this msg. on 13/05/09 & today is 19/05/09.
still then deep hyndai has not recieved any payment ant the dsa person from whom i requested for loan does not pick up my phone
This is cost of living in a lawless society.

I had bought my Tata Safari (Pearl White) (DL 3C BB 1638) in the 2nd week of May which got stolen from the designated parking lot in front of my house 10 days back..

It took me 4 days to get the FIR lodged. The police themselves has a very lacklustre attitude towards the entire exercise..
They dont think twice, when they say that "Bhai saab, yahan hur din itni gaadiyan chori hoti hai, aap kyu pareshan hote ho.. Jao baitho aa jaana 2 months baad, non traceable report le lena aur insurance claim ker lena".

Just want to mention here when someone buys a car he/she is emotionally attached to it. We from middle class family buy a car after lots of homework and all due diligence done on financial part..

Here I had taken car loan from HDFC Bank Limited who is again asking to pay a hefty foreclosure charges of 6%. As per them they are not concerned of what happened to vehicle but just concerned with the money. Even after telling them that it would be a forced fore-closure as I would not had for-closed it if been using the vehicle.
In this case the car is stolen and I am forced to closed it once get money from the insurance company and that too after a long wait of 3-4 month's time.
Even after the car is stolen, I honoured my EMI cheque and did not let it bounce.

Now my question is:

1. Why should I keep paying the monthly instalments when I am not using the product and have informed all the concerned authorities ie Police, Bank and Insurance Company?

2. If from the Day-1 the risk is covered by the Insurance company then why am I forced to clear my monthly instalments? Is not this the Consumer Rights Violation??

3. If it takes 4 months for the insurance compant to clear the money then why should I be held responsible to pay the interest amount till that time?? It should be the Insurance company's liability..


Please help and suggest me on this...

Dear sir

I am Rakesh Kaul, I took car loan from your HDFC Bank, VIA Loan Account No: 10589190

I really I am very happy sanctioning of loan immediately, and I have sucessfully Paid about 37 EMI Till Date.

The Loan Amount that was Sanctioned was against my Salaried Account NO: [protected]

Now some weeks back I noticed that Bank has started Deducting money from my account and today when i Approached the Branch they told me that my Account has been converted to Saving bank account and I Must Maintain the Minimum Balance of RS 10000/PM, else RS 850 will be deducted for every Quater. That too without taking my concent and keeping me informed about the same. That is Rediciloous.

Sir i am Salaried Individaul and I cant afford to keep RS 10000 Maintained in my account. I would Request your good self to please look into the matter or suggest if there is Posibilty of Swiping my LOAN Account to any other Bank.

Every car loan department person known my sincere, prompt payment, really I fed up with your bank responsible, sir I request you to take needful further action and please avoid unnecessary action.

Sir I am graduate faculty you know very well competitive world if you loosing one customer also is very dangerous one because“ One Good Message spread to Others customer very very…. Slow
But one bad message spread to other customer very very faster than air……

Please take action immediately and save customer relation perfectly!!!
