[Resolved]  HDFC Bank AUTO LOAN — Hidden charges

Dear HDFC Manager,

I have taken a car loan last year for which the HDFC agent has taken some hidden charges (INR 2000) without my knowledge, I came to know about this only when i went to showroom to take my car.

Later when i approached that agent he said that its showroom dealer charge and i have to pay it to dealer and when i asked dealer they said there is nothing called by dealer charge.. for the past one year i struggled hard to get my money back with proper compensation.. but no proper response and 2 months back after a long chase i got 2000INR back and not the compensation for HDFC harressment..etc

I need to take up this issue with higher official, could you please ask some of your bank agent to contact me, if so please let me know i will provide my contact details,
