[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Twice Charged for a Single Transaction done on IRCTC. | |
Respected Sir/Madam, On 22nd October`08, I tried to book ticket to Varanasi through online procedure of Indian Railways, it was failed to book due to server problem by IRCTC. first I tried to book a ticket of cost Rs.797 - it failed, then i tried to book ticket of costing Rs.1097 - it also failed and reversed by IRCTC. Here HDFC Credit Card Department Charged me once for Rs.797 and twice for Rs.1097 other side reversed me for single-single transaction. After so many complaints they reversed this amount but again they charged it in my latest statement. please help me - what to do now? My Mobile no. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
