[Resolved] HDFC Bank — account closure

i have submitted the bank account closure application on 02/04/2009 and also pay the due amount, but when i ask them when you are going to close my account, first day (02/04/2009) they said will do it after lunch, next day they said server is not working, we will doit within a day. but still no reply. and they are not answering my question properly, just try to ignore me. pls help me how to close my account.SAVING ACCOUNT # [protected] OF HDFC BANK, PARK STREET BRANCH, KOLKATA ON 02/04/2009 . regards surajit kundu Was this information helpful? For public interest the are deduct many amount of various charges v/s no any charges in SBI so i sudjest that immediately closed your account if in HDFC.

I opened my salary account in 2014 A/C No [protected] and I left the company .. Now they have given me a notice that my account has 2154.75 negative balance .. closure request for old account and I got new open account from same bank but still .. Please close my old account ... Don't make us fool by adding your extra charges ...fed up with this Hdfc Email. [protected]@gmail.com

I opened my salary account in [protected] . /5/2016 and I Monthly Salary continew But 03 Month Convart To Seving A/c .. Now they have given me a notice that my account has 1360.44 negative balance .. Please my Convart Salary.A/C.. Don't make us fool by adding your extra charges ...fed up with this Hdfc Email. [protected]@gmail.com

Dear Sir,

I had an HDFC bank account (A/C no. [protected]) in Kakurgachi, Kolkata Branch. I submitted my closure form in Saltlake HDFC branch and they said that they will contact with Kakurgachi branch and close this account.
But continuously last 6-7 months, i am getting the negative balance sms from HDFC bank.

why my bank account is closed yet after submission of the closure form. i have also seen many others suffering same with HDFC bank.

Please do something .

All HDFC staffs playing with customer. If somebody went for account close then they should have to close the account immediately without giving suggestion. And most important thing is after using hifi techonology still they are saying for account closing you need to go home branch. But everyone can mark the moment they going to open account they will commit what ever you said.
