I myself deposited cash in a hdfc branch, and after some day there is a loss of 114 rupees, i cant understand why, hdfc bank offer banking in any of its branch, but if i myself deposited cash in my account they why such cheating by the bank saying third party cash transaction, i shocked how they came to know i m third party, is there any sceam of putting photo on deposit slip.rediculos
HDFC is a big cheater. They are cheating to their customer. Highly recommend to change your a/c from HDFC to some other bank. They are making customer full.
Even I have raised a complaint, they say it is policy.. but i am not sure what the difference they find...
They said, you didn't deposit, your friend came and deposited so we charge, I do not really know what is the problem in this ? it is worst action...

In the above like it is said that RBI do not have this rule, it is internal rule and they charge... from RBI no objection ...
banks will be running behind business man and take money from middle class people ...

Hdfc Bank — bank detail not update and account not activate

Just realised that HDFC bank charges 5% charge on cash withdrawal if you do the transaction from any branch other than your home branch and if the amount is greater than 50000/- Same thing with me one of mu lic client deposit cash in malegaon in my navi mumbai HDFC account & they have debited some charges to my account for third party cash deposit
Very Bad. HDFC should stop all these Charges. I have closed my wife accounts and my current account also.

I do not understand your third party ruling and I personally think that this is not fair for your Bank in future. I deposited some money in to my Daughter SB Account on 17/03/2017 in the same Block A Janak Puri New Delhi because she was in her office . The cashier told me that I am under the third party rule and have pay charges. You just think it is fair I am deposited some money in my daughter account and you treat me as third party and deduct charges .So it is suggested that you change this rule and for first relation it must be free .
