Dear Sirs,

I am having a salary saving account in HDFC Bank under account no. [protected] in A-12, Shopping Mall, DLF Qutub enclave, Phase 1, Gurgaon, Haryana -122002 Branch. There was a fund transfer of an amount of Rs.14750 & Rs.51348/- from my office as on 30th April 2009 to my salary account. I withdrew Rs.10000/- as on 03rd of may 2009 & used 2690 through my debit card. Further When I checked my account on 5th of may 2009, I was shocked to see the available balance as Rs.685.43. I immediately contacted customer care & was told that amount had been put on hold by credit card department & I needed to contact credit card department.

I, then visited to my home branch & asked for a meeting with Branch Manager at helpdesk. In reply they asked to meet Mr. Rangi upstairs. I met Mr. Rangi & he was unable to solve my problem. When I asked him for the relevant documents where I had authorize the bank to deduct my money without my concern, he gave me a piece of paper(copy is attached herewith) mentioning name of some Mr. Gaurav Sharma of credit card division from Rajouri Garden whom I could not meet till date after my numerous efforts.

I had to visit many times to Rajouri Garden office after having known the fact that credit card office is located there. But, to my surprise, no one is there to listen to customers. The guards over there treat the customers as they are notorious criminals. After wasting my whole day, handling with guards & going up & down as lift machines were not working, I again came back without any result. During my second visit I became somewhat aware about the structure of the bank divisions, which are spread over a length of eight floors over there. At sixth floor there is customer care services but customer does not have right to meet the bank representative, however he/she can call upon phone & representative will keep on repeating the mugged up lines without listening or understanding the customers concern & grievance.

After my rigorous efforts I was connected to Mr. Janit, Manager in customer care division. First he also repeated the same wordings but when he came to know that customer is educated & have some knowledge, he listened & asked to meet Some Mr. Puneet oberoi at fifth floor. Again it took me 1 hour to approach Mr. Puneet oberoi, who in turn treated very rough & simply asked who gave his number & name. He asked me to call Janit in front of him. He said he was senior manager & how dare someone could be to give his reference to any customer. His wordings were very rude & was shouting like anything saying “I am not sitting for you”. He suggested to write mails or call customer care, problem would be solved from there only. I am mentioning these whole things just to highlight the way of treatment to customers by bank officials & it was happening with each & every customer but people avoid to complaint keeping in mind that in India every thing has to bear.

In fact they are cheating the customers with concealing hidden conditions and not redressing the grievances of the complainant who made complaints with regard to poor customer service on number of occasions, and indulging in to Unfair Trade Practice. They are claiming the hard earned money of medium group by so many fraud commitments.

In My case, I had requested many times to credit card team on telephone(as there is no other way to reach them) to close out my card completely. Every time there reply was that Sir, you make the minimum payment & we have taken the request of surrendering the card. You can drop the card at any ATM drop box after breaking it into 8 pieces. I did the same .I made them a payment of Rs.700 & dropped the card in ATM drop box along with a written request to close the account. Again there was a call for last payment, This time bank representative was asking for 1020 rs. & gave assurance about closing the card.

What I can do is only trust. If bank system is faulty then what can I do. If there is loopholes in the system & communication gap among the employees of bank . Now, by claiming hidden & concealed late fee charges, finance charges, this charges & that charges & taxes they have made an outstanding amount of Rs.53108/ & same they have taken from my saving account(Rather I would say they have stolen ).

Upper most thing is that no one at bank is ready to listen. I have got fed up during last 18 days asking for rectification of my case. I have been calling them rigorously but all are misbehaving. I requested Ms. Archana verma to have a meeting with me to clear me about my issue, whose number was given to me by one of bank representative explaining that Archana was the concerned officer for the case. But she kept on diverting me here & there & never agreed for meeting.

My complete cash flow for the month has come to a halt. I don’t have a single penny for last 20 days to spend on my basic day today necessities.

Dear Sirs,

I have been suffering for last 20 days & it’s a mental torture what they people are doing with me. I am in very much stress & unable to focus on anything in life as everything is disturbed due to their maltreatment.

They are simply giving me mental agony & harassment.

My humble request to you all is to look into matter by giving some of your precious time & give me relief.

I shall be highly obliged to you all for this act.

    Dear Sir,

    Please note that I was holding one Credit Card Bearing No. [protected] vide which we were making transactions & in the month of February'2008 we got a statement from HDFC Bank mentioning some billing of November'2007.

    After asking from their call centre they have confirmed that this was the billing which was not been billed in earlier statement, whereas we were paying our all the due bills on time prior to february'2008. After asking for the proof slips for the said transactions & lot's of correspondence too, we were been informed that they would be sending the proofs with some charges on the same. We agreed for the same as well but till date they have not send us any proof, but whereas they are harrassing us time to time & some times abusing us for not making the payments. They have already holded my saving bank Account No. [protected] as well with HDFC Bank, 4/8, Roop Nagar Branch, New delhi.

    Kindly look into the matter as they are harrassing us for demand of payment, which does not belongs to us & also calling at our residence numbers & using very ugly language.

    HDFC Credit Card — Harrassment of its Customer

    On numerous request from HDFC sales personel, a credit card was issued to me with a agreed terms that no Service Charge will be imposed on me till one year of its transaction. But It was surprising to receive an statement showing Service Charge within next 15-30 days after issue of the card.

    Now annoyed on this behaviour of HDFC Credit Card Division, I had decided to terminate my card facility and broken card with all due payments, which comes to Rs.600/- only were paid as directed by them, within time frame.

    After some time, telephonic calls for depositing the service charge with cummulative figures were receiving every month which I had gently replied for not relating to all this transaction since I had already cancelled my card. The matter was then stuck for 2 and half year and yesterday again, a call from HDFC Credit Card division for deposit an interest of approx 5000/- is received which clearly shows that the Company does not update their records and the cases are being sources out to collect unvalid funds from its old customers, who have no relation to the card facility etc.

    RBI please intervene in such cases.
    I totally agree with this kind of behaviour must have been done by HDFC Recovery agencies. They are not upto the satisfactory level for their customers. They usually do these kind of wrong billing & charge to other customers.

    Sub: Complaint Against HDFC Bank Credit Card Nuisance

    Dear Sir,


    I regret to inform you and for your kind notice that I was holding and HDFC Bank Credit Card vide no: [protected]. In that card, my credit limit was Rs.2, 38, 000/- and after that Bank has revised and reduced the Credit Limit from Rs.2, 38, 000/- to Rs.1, 77, 000/-. I have used my Credit Limit and I have already paid Rs.2, 77, 371/- against my Card as per their statement dated 17.03.2010. I had no outstanding against my Card. Only some Interest Charges were Lying in my Card.

    On that basis, I have requested to Bank to settle and convert my some Interest dues amount sympathetically in to fresh simple EMI after reversing all the Late fees, Extra Interest Charges and the unnecessary fees charged by the Bank Intentionally. Due to my tremendous financial problem, I was not in position to submit my children’s school fees and house rent also which already I had discussed this matter frequently to their customer care executive over phone & at least 14 to 15th times and sent 14th to 15th frequent reminder letters also.

    If you see the Receipts & Payments A/c of my Card, from beginning to end then you can easily observe that, I have made already over and excess payment against my used amount through card. If you see my accounts I have already paid the excess amount which the money I have used through Card. If the bank waive my unjustified Interest and Late fees, then nothing outstanding will be pending against my card. Which amount I have used against my Credit Card, Out of that, I have made excess payment against my used amount.

    Being a preferred customer for long time, I have changed my address, phone no etc honestly. As a result of which, their Recovery agency/goons have started to hassle me mentally and also my wife, not only that, they also used abusive and very rough language over phone and came to my office and insulted me in the front of everybody with very abusive and slang language and told me to make the payment immediately, otherwise they will attack me and my family with their team and told me that, they will thrash me in the front of my society and also told me that they will abolish me from my job. I am a very simple Private Company’s employee and simple middle class family. That incident happened for last 5 to 6 months. After completion of their mental and physical harassments, HDFC Bank has sent the Legal court notice to my address. I am a very simple and middle class family member and a very simple employee of a private company. Bank continuously pressurized me to take the credit card.

    Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank .Please tell me, Is it a Reputed Bank ???

    My Credit Limit was Rs.1, 77, 000/- and I have paid Rs.2, 77, 371/-. If my intention was bad then, why I will make the payment for Rs.2, 77, 371/-. Their Intention is how to raise the Interest amount and late fees unnecessary and pressurize to customer mentally. Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank . Is it a Reputed Bank ???

    Due the tremendous mental harassment to me and my family, My wife is not well and she also feels very insecurity. Please help me and my family from HDFC Bank’s Credit Card nuisance.

      I am working with HDFC BANK LTD as a TEAM MANAGER at nainital branch(branch code 0810) & my EMP CODE was CVO7730 .I resigned from the above mentioned position in the month of june 2008, but after several reminders i have not yet received my Provident Fund till date i.e. 21/05/2009. I send mail to Mr. Nelson Dias, Mr. Sazeb Khan regarding the subject but sorry to say that i have not even received any mail from there side. So you are requested to do the needful at the earliest .

      I had resigned HDFC Bank Ltd. 19 nov. 2010. Total tenure of service 7 month. Now i want to withdrawl my pf amount.
      I was send the pf withdrawal form but somehow it return back due office shifted to other
      place.
      Now i want to knw the new correspondence address of PF office.

        Hi,

        I would like to invite suggestions/guidance from the Experts in insurance sector on my case,

        My profile : 59 Years Government Servant Retiring this year

        1.) i have been approached by a DSA of HDFC Standard Life(HDFCSL), Indira Nagar, Lucknow in march 2008 for investing in their Pension plan for which i have to pay 1, 00, 000 premium (which is going to come from my retirement benefits) annually for the three years(Lock in period) .

        2) I paid first premium of 1, 00, 000 and got policy papers which mentions i have to pay 1, 00, 000 Quarterly not annually .

        3) After approaching to the Branch office HDFCSL indira nagar, Lucknow. i got to know that the person who sold policy to me is left the Job and a manager ( Mr Khanna) has taken charge. After explaining the matter he told me that "your investment is done in a scheme which is discontinued on 31 March, and since i know you better so trust me you will have only to pay only 1, 00, 000 annually".

        4) Then on one fine day i got a notice that my policy is lapsed due to non payment of premium, after talking to the Operation Manager Mr KHANNA and Branch head MR RAO. they again convinced me to not to panic since the investment is not in policy so no worry of lapse, YOUR MONEY In SAFE HANDS".

        5) After this i have written email to HDFC to know details of my case. They told your policy is lapsed due to non payment

        6) Again i have contacted the HDFCSL branch and surprised to know that Mr KHANNA also left the branch. And the assurance YOUR MONEy In SAFE HANDS".

        7) On 20th march 2009 i got call from HDFCSL for discussion on my post retirement investment, i told my case and the NEW OPERATIONS MANAGER explained me that, this is the case of wrong sale and now you have to pay only 25, 000 per quarter to keep your policy active and he will be sending new policy paper soon...you just need to sign a application for reduce premium. ...from that day ...there is long salience...


        I am sure the HDFCSL Indira nagar brance, have done something with my money or the First manager Mr Khanna took away my money and not invested anywhere...or they have closed my case…...please guide me which legal steps i can take to recover my investment.

        bad service. I wanted to cancel my plan and no response. I could not reach anybody neither on phone nor on email. Mr. Rahul Saxena of Delhi SJE branch has done my policy and had given his card with phone numbers and email to contact. i am tired of contacting him. email came back not received and phone does not go through.
        this is a normal buisness with hdfc .they do like this only.
        i lost 1 lakh. They are thiefs, ..., ...

          Bank of Punjab Ltd — I am not getting my PF

          Dear Sir,

          I was working at BANK OF PUNJAB LIMITED, Gurgaon Data Centre during the
          period[protected] to[protected]. During this period, they had deducted
          PF
          from my salary and they have also contributed their part. Our PF Nodal
          Office was at Chandigarh. I do not have the PF Number with me so that
          I
          can quote the same.

          After leaving the organization, I have applied for transfer to the new
          organization and that did not take place. By then, they have merged with
          the CENTURIAN BANK OF PUNJAB. Because of this changes, I am not in a
          position to find out whom I should contact for the recovery of the PF
          amount pending in my account.

          I request you to kindly suggest the ways by which the amount can be
          obtained.

          centurion bank of punjab limited — processing fee reimbursement

          dear sir/mam,
          i have a complaint for centurion bank of punjab limited, kwality business centre, II floor plot no. 07, M.P.Nagar Zone-II Bhopal.that the executives and the manager and other staff of the bank requested me to take loan from their bank in april 2008 for which i paid Rs.10000/- (ten thousand only) vide cheque no.041987 favouring centurion bank of punjab limited dated 22nd april 2008 as a processing fee for the loan amount .After recieving the payment they promised me to issue the loan amount.After daily contacting them at last after three months they told me that they will not be able to give the loan so i told them if loan is not possible kindly give back my processing fees i.e Rs.10000/- back.But there is no response from thereside and after thousands of telephonic reminder to there executive MR. Abhishek sharma and other staff they r not at all interested to give back my amount
          now wat should i do? As i'm not a big person this amount matters me a lot.

            Third Party Cash Deposit

            Hi Folks,
            Cash was cash deposited to my minimum 5K balance Savings HDFC Account of Airport Road Branch Bengaluru from other branch which is Hissar in Haryana. A total around Rs. 110 was later deducted from my account. When I enquired the Customer Representative. He told that any Third Party Cash Deposit from different branch a charge of Rs. 110/- and service tax is applicable. I asked if this is same for Aalary account, he responded...

            I am the legitimate & rightful Savings Bank Account i.e. S/B. A/C No.[protected], holder with HDFC, Chowpatty Branch, Mumbai - 400004. With reference to my letter dated 24th April’09 & dated 5th May’09 that were accepted and received by you / your office on 24th April’09 & 6th May’09 respectively, wherein I have categorically requested and demanded to issue me a Pass Book for my said Savings Bank Account with you as per the guide lines by the RBI. The Demand of Pass Book by the Savings Bank Account holder has not been met with despite demanding the same by submitting the letter and the reminder, which is a serious matter. Despite furnished you with a copy of the RBI guide lines and a circular / notification viz. RBI notification dated 4th Oct’06 Bearing No. RBI / 2006 – 07 / 139 DBOD. No.Leg.BC.32/09.07.005/2006-07.
            The bank is blatantly violationg RBI norms by not issuing a pass book ( a booklet where in savings bank transactions can be recorded) and forcibly issuing statements of transactions. such bank should be taken to stringent action which doesnt respect the RBI guidelines.

                  Good day Sirs,

                  Please note that the HDFC Standard life sold me this ULIP linked double benefit policy Youngster plus for a premium of RS 500, 000 /year for 20 years. While selling the policy i was told that the HDFC would take care of funds by switching funds when the market was down from equity to other funds, also that from the 2nd year i neednt pay the premium of 500, 000 but anything form 10000 to 500, 000 but my life insurance remaining the same ie 50, 00, 000. They have taken a charge of 30% upfront + other charges for ding nothing but making a poilcy. They did not even bother to check after they sold the policy. I am fully aware that the ULIP linked investments are risky, but product should not be sold on lies & false information. At present i have not revived my policy because i felt cheated. i have made one payment of RS 250, 000 out of which about 175, 000 was actually invested. The idea is to bring to your notice how a common man is cheated. Please do the needful

                    I Mustansir Taher Madarwala have open Saving A/c in HDFC BANK A/C No.[protected] on Oct, 08.
                    First time when I had gone to bank to verify my proof of address that time I had ask them if there is any charges for phone banking, the bank people said that they too don’t know. Then I had called to phone banking for inquiry whether they charge for phone banking or not. when i called they said there is no such charges, I also Confirmed to Mr. Mahesh who seat on a Help desk in HDFC Bank(Nair Hospital-Mumbai Central).
                    But When I received the Statement in March I was shocked to see that they had charged me around 500/-and till date they still charging me .I am unable to understand that why I will call there if I can access my net banking account from computers only.
                    So please help me in this Matter.

                        I have an urgent requirement for which I approached HDFC bank Personal Loan having in mind that I have a Salary Account, so it will be easy and fast for me, but I had a worst experience in terms of Customer executives, the way of handling customer etc.
                        First of all they dont have the knowledge of the product or they dont want to inform the customer about all the things.Only the things you ask they will reply.
                        Next they wont tell you about all the documents at one go, they will tell it one by one and it will be your fault for the delay in loan.
                        Again the loan will get approved within 2-3 days but amount won't be credited to you at the time of your need.
                        Anyways, I don't know whether the bank will be taking any action or not, but at least in future the customers won't suffer if everything will be clear at the first time itself.

                            I have an HDFC salary savings account with account no [protected] at banjarahills branch. I got funds of Rs.2000 from Thrid party transfer. But the funds kept hold. I contacted my home branch today regarding the holded funds. They told to me that you have to contact credit card team as one of your credit card attached to your savings account. Then I contacted the credit card team regarding this one. They told to me that the funds had been kept hold as I have payment due towards my credit card.

                            But I had never accepted anywhere for auto payment for my credit card and anything like that one.

                            HDFC Savings Account — Poor Service

                            Hi,



                            My account number is[protected]. First of all iam not happy with ur services. I have issued a check an amount of 1500/- against my credit card payment to ICICI Bank on 06th Nov.07. On that day i was busy with my work. So i told my brother to deposit the money in my account. But ur branch people refuse to do so. They told him they can't deposit the cash by third party. I don't know, what are ur different policies. Today, i went to deposit the money but again ur branch people refuse to deposit the money and after a long conversation they agree to do so at 10:30AM.



                            Second, My check has been bounced. As per my account i have enough money. But why the check has been dishonoured. I think As per RBI the chek should be in clearing 12:30PM onwards. Who will be the responsible for the check bounce charges and inconvinience. Plz do the needfull.

                            savings account — HOLDED FUNDS WITHOUT INTIMATION

                            I am Ramya krishnakumar working as a corporate employee having salary account in HDFC bank. I also hold credit card in same bank. For past two months i didnt pay amount on my credit card as i had some financial problem. But my uncle had applied loan and decided to close all the balance and surrender the card, i was about to do this by next week. But this bank people without any intimation holded my salary account funds of rs8000. They had not given single call or any information. i had also sent mail through netbanking, but they are not releasing my funds sir. Please sir i want your help in this case as i have lots of commitment. I am in need of money now, but i couldn't withdraw it as they are holding. Please sir help me in releasing my funds.

                            I deposited an outstation cheque worth 1 Lac from SBI to my HDFC account in Noida on 5th June. The amount was been debited from the SBI account on 16th June but still the amount has not been credited to my HDFC account. They are not giving any info. and are not actively pursuing the issue and are asking me to wait for few more days. Did I mention all the harassment they give everytime I call/visit their branch?

                            Please tell if this delay in debit and credit should be accepted or should it be followed up legally. Please also suggest suitable legal actions to start with.

                              I am jaswinder singh from Yamuna Nagar (Haryana).My contact Number is [protected]. I was having HDFC bank credit card.which was having limit of RS.15000. I dnt know hw my card is used on some internet sights n payment was paid in US $ . whan i got my account statment i was shocked to see that statment n same time i called to customer care .the customer care executive has blocked my card on same time.than that guy suggest me to write customercare for this n i wrote all the matter in mail from my Mail ID regarding hacking of my credit card .they people given revert me n send customer dispute form and i fill that form n send all the details to customer care.From the same day i am calling to customer care n sending mails also to Bank's customer care. all the things and the name n time is also showing which i have discussed with all customer care executivs.but my issue is still pending .And bank has made 28000 rs amount due to my side.NOw i was having 10000 Rs in my account that has been blocked by bank.Now i have got a latter that talk to Mr rahul in this regard.I am calling MR. rahul From last one week on his mobile number or on land line.But that champ is not picking my phone.If he picks my phn he says that m busy this time call me latter. kindly revert me that what to do.and where m wrong.Dear Bank Managmant kindly do the needfull.i have all mails from the month of november till today.i can show all the details.phn dialed to mr rahul from my bills details.

                                hbl global pvt.ltd. (insurance) — Pf amount not received yet

                                I had worked with ur co. more than 1.5yrs from Feb2006-aug2007 But i can't get my pf amount till now . So many times i had words with Mr. Manish Mayank(sales manager) but all in vain . My emplyee code was S18863. Should i take any legal action or i will get revert for the same. All fomalities for PF withdrawl from my side is completed and already forwarded to hbl global pvt. ltd.

                                Dear Sir/Mam,

                                Greetings of the day.

                                I am Rajwansh Kour & was working with HDFC Bank under the payrolls of HBL Global.
                                It has been almost 7 months since I have resigned but have not received my PF yet .
                                I had forwarded the PF form in the month of April and told the HR people to kindly process the same on the urgent basis as I m need of my money for my marriage purpose. The response from the other end was that it’ll be processed with in 3 months as per the process.
                                I trusted their words & called in the month of June to confirm the same but felt so sorry to hear that the form is still pending with the HR people & was not sent to the PF office to get processed.
                                Then I called PF office Bombay and confirmed the same & they said that it will take 3+ months from now. I requested to process on urgent basis as I need it for my marriage, the response was that its not possible as they received tghe form on 25th june or otherwise come personally to bombay to put the request, which is not possible for me as I put up in Jammu.
                                Sir I am really feeling helpless at this point of time. Also I am single parent & thought that this amount will help my mom to make few more arrangements in some way but it does not seem so but due to negligence of the HBL people it doesnt seems so. I request you to kindly consider the case & look into the matter & help me out as I really need money.

                                I had resigned from my company DBS Chola Business one year before, But my Pf form my company had submitted on chennai branch on 03-sep-09. The receipt no is 2979906 for Form 19 & I got the information that the cheque no 61577 had been issued against this receipt which is sent to HDFC bank on 30-09-09 which till now I had not received the credit on my A/c no.
                                And for Form 10C the company had submitted application on the same day the receipt no 2979907 for which it is showing that it is under process it will process with in 30 days after submitting form. But it allready more than 45 days over.


                                Please help me regarding the credit as i had not got both the credit. please do the needful as it is difficult to call PF office as I am out pf the country.

                                    i faced the same problem recently i recieved the same msg. that yr. app of auto loan acct. no. 14826726 has been approaved . i recieved this msg. on 13/05/09 & today is 19/05/09.
                                    still then deep hyndai has not recieved any payment ant the dsa person from whom i requested for loan does not pick up my phone
                                    This is cost of living in a lawless society.

                                    I had bought my Tata Safari (Pearl White) (DL 3C BB 1638) in the 2nd week of May which got stolen from the designated parking lot in front of my house 10 days back..

                                    It took me 4 days to get the FIR lodged. The police themselves has a very lacklustre attitude towards the entire exercise..
                                    They dont think twice, when they say that "Bhai saab, yahan hur din itni gaadiyan chori hoti hai, aap kyu pareshan hote ho.. Jao baitho aa jaana 2 months baad, non traceable report le lena aur insurance claim ker lena".

                                    Just want to mention here when someone buys a car he/she is emotionally attached to it. We from middle class family buy a car after lots of homework and all due diligence done on financial part..

                                    Here I had taken car loan from HDFC Bank Limited who is again asking to pay a hefty foreclosure charges of 6%. As per them they are not concerned of what happened to vehicle but just concerned with the money. Even after telling them that it would be a forced fore-closure as I would not had for-closed it if been using the vehicle.
                                    In this case the car is stolen and I am forced to closed it once get money from the insurance company and that too after a long wait of 3-4 month's time.
                                    Even after the car is stolen, I honoured my EMI cheque and did not let it bounce.

                                    Now my question is:

                                    1. Why should I keep paying the monthly instalments when I am not using the product and have informed all the concerned authorities ie Police, Bank and Insurance Company?

                                    2. If from the Day-1 the risk is covered by the Insurance company then why am I forced to clear my monthly instalments? Is not this the Consumer Rights Violation??

                                    3. If it takes 4 months for the insurance compant to clear the money then why should I be held responsible to pay the interest amount till that time?? It should be the Insurance company's liability..


                                    Please help and suggest me on this...

                                    Sir i am Salaried Individaul and I cant afford to keep RS 10000 Maintained in my account. I would Request your good self to please look into the matter or suggest if there is Posibilty of Swiping my LOAN Account to any other Bank.

                                    Every car loan department person known my sincere, prompt payment, really I fed up with your bank responsible, sir I request you to take needful further action and please avoid unnecessary action.

                                    Sir I am graduate faculty you know very well competitive world if you loosing one customer also is very dangerous one because“ One Good Message spread to Others customer very very…. Slow
                                    But one bad message spread to other customer very very faster than air……

                                      I applied for home loan in SBI. In my home loan request following are the facts :-

                                      1. Legal papers of property are OK
                                      2. Technical survey is OK
                                      3. My home loan Eligibility is OK
                                      4. Personal documents are OK
                                      5. Guarantor documents are OK
                                      6. Property market value is very good

                                      Based on CIBIL report, Only creditworthiness is NOT OK.

                                      From CIBIL report some 3 credit card issues are reflecting, and these were not in my knowledge until SBI informed me.
                                      In case of SCB the card was issued on Date:[protected] and issue was reported to CIBIL on immediately it was closed on Date:[protected] . Here some amount is overdue, reason is that I paid amount to HDFC on time. But in their system it was showing late payment and they started charging late fees for the same. I made lot of communication with bank, and again I am doing it for clarifying that there is no fault from my side.
                                      Last year this was settled (Even though there was no fault from my side). But still my name is apprearing in defaulters list of CIBIL.

                                      Even in case if they don't take action on the same, then whether it is so improtant to consider such illogical credit card issues for approving big home loan.

                                      I am financially very stable. My assets, my home loan repayment in past 2 years, my salary, No cheque bouncing proves it.
                                      I feel that government is not having any control on credit card issues. Customer are being harrassed by banks. According to me nobody should take a credit card.

                                      Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card — My name in CIBIL defaulter list

                                      I applied for home loan in SBI. In my home loan request following are the facts :-

                                      4. Personal documents are OK
                                      5. Guarantor documents are OK
                                      6. Property market value is very good

                                      Based on CIBIL report, Only creditworthiness is NOT OK.

                                      From CIBIL report some 3 credit card issues are reflecting, and these were not in my knowledge until SBI informed me.
                                      In case of SCB the card was issued on Date:[protected] and issue was reported to CIBIL on immediately it was closed on Date:[protected] . Here some amount is overdue, reason is that SCB issues an unwanted Health Insurance Policy to me. and they asked me to pay the premium. In past, I made lot of communication with bank, and again I am doing it for clarifying that there is no fault from my side.
                                      Here I feel some SCB employee was having a contact with helath policy issuer, and he was making money while doing this fraud. But SCB is not looking this fact, and in fact they are putting cutomer in defaulter list of CIBIL.

                                      5. Guarantor documents are OK

Beacuse they committed different card, and issued different one. I am communicating banks, and in process of clarifying that there is no fault from my side.

                                      i have credit card of standard charted bank, in the year 1994, i settled the over due amt, but in cibil report showing this amt till as of now, please check & reply us.

                                      I had same issues. Its like customer has to carry unnecessary headache while applying for loans. I have had same issues and now i dont know how to come out of this situation. Bank people wont approve your loan until they get all credit card statements. I am very much frustrated because of this.
