[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Paying Extra Late Payment charges | |
Who ever it May concern I am having hdfc credit card no is ******0660. I payed the due for the month of april 09, before my last payment date, still HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD charged Rs.600 as late payment. I had spoken to customer care, credit card department & clearance department all I got is assurance. I thought not to pay on this time so that they can reach me, though they called several times, & assured me that they will pay me back which will reflect in my next statement. I paid almost half of my total due amount, still this month statements I am again charged with late payments & they not even paid me back Rs.1200. I had send sms to the concern lady who had spoken to me, now she is not even picking up my calls. Please do the needful Mithun Aditya Was this information helpful? | |

very bad experience with hdfc credit card. Customer care executves are very harsh. The door step payment collection most of the is a fraud

When I reached to the bank for paying Rs 10 thousand, I was informed that though my account stands settled, I will not receive any NO DUE CERTIFICATE and my name will still be referred to CIBIL caution List.
I have two queries. 1 - Even after paying Rs 10 thousand and settleing my account, cant I claim NO DUE CERTIFICATE and can they refer my name to CIBIL.
2- As the bank has stopped my card services and send me a letter from a lawyer once for Rs 13 thousand and the matter was under negotiation isnt my liability freezed to that amount. Can the bank increase the liability later on as in this case to Rs 16 thousand.
Please help.
