[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Harrassment of payments on my hdfc cc no [protected]

Hello Sir,

This is Priyadarshini Selvaraj, i was a hdfc customer having an account as well as a credit card with hdfc [protected], they offerred me the credit card as i have an salaried account with this bank from the concerned employer i was working with .Sitel-India ltd.
I quit this organisation on sep 2007 and after that i worked in other place but it was again temporary and i lost my job and m unemployed at the moment, my card has been blocked almost more than an year now, i hav all the receipts of the payments i have been making when ever possible to my card which is beyond the amount i have used, of late since an year i have been making payments only on the interest .
THE COLLECTION agency guys who came to contact me at my home in alwal have harrasssed me and my mother, since we stay al;one and knowing that we are the only ladies at home, come at all hours and harrass us for payments, the bank manager who was incharge till late in regards to my card has been real rude staing that he will send police to home and put me injail and spoil my reputaion where ever i work and stay, it was horrible nightmare being a girl, i asked the bank to make a settlement on my card as i cannot make any more paymement but each time the collection people sent goondas home took the payment and shouted that i have to make the whole paymnet and there is no such thing lyk settelment ? how true is it, and recenlty they have sent me court notice by advocate D.SATHYARAJ, ADDRESS.NO.11/1, P.A.N RAJARATHINAM4TH LANE, G.A ROAD, OLD WASHERNENPET, CHENNAI, 600 021.Accusing me that i have made false proofs regarding my employment and taken the card, which is totally false, i have a salaried account with hdfc from my company sitel india where you can see my salary been credited each month till i work, i even have my relieving letter with my company, what kind of cheap accusation is this ? if a customer cannot pay due to real financial problems, is ther nothin called humanity and dignity to women and to a human being, is HDFC BANK so below human values and standards for the sake of earning money . its taken the peace out of me and even dring me close to suicide, i had no other way but to raise a complaint directly to the bcank after bearing with it fro 2 long yrs harrasment .I do not wan to get in touch with any of the mediators any more, coz they are all money grabbers and blood suckers, and hecnde did not wish to contact the advocate as well coz i have no trust that my issue will be resolved, I am ready to make a one time settlement and close the due on the card and my pathetic relation with hdfc by making a last single time settlement of 30k and close it, this is the PF amt i recieved from my previoue company and the only amt left to close my dues, i cannot shell out a single amt more coz at the moment am not working and i will not be able to work furthur as mu marriage is bein considered at the moment, my parents cannot afford coz my dad is very old and my mother is a house wife and her health is not keepin well and i dnt wan ne further harrassment from hdfc bank anymore, the contact no given by the advocate to contact in the letter sent to my previous address is Ram MohAN : [protected].

i DO NOT WAN TO CONTACT ANY OF THEM AS I DO NOT TRUST THEM ANY MORE . I WILL BE WAITING FOR THE DIRECT RESPONCE TO MY EMAIL AT THE EARLIEST FROM THE BANK AUTHORITIES AS TO SETTLEMENT OF MY ACCOUNT .i CANNOT AFORD MORE THAN 30K, AND PLZ CHECK MY PAYMENT TILL DATE ON THE CARD AND CONSIDER MY ISSUE AS I HAVE MADE PAYMENTS BEYOND WHAT I HAVE USED ON THE CARD AND THEY SAY ITS ALL ONLY INTEREST WHICH IS PURE BLOOD SUCKING TILL M DEAD,
I HAVE STILL SOME FAITH IN THE AUHTOTIES AND WILL WAIT FOR THE RESONPONSE .

you are right.. guys dont apply HDFC Credit card
at least bank wave int as well ws late fee charges, bank collect so high intrest on credit card, at the time of offer they simply talk softely after they show real colour,
no doubt bank is not doing charity but atleast look after intrest and humanity ground
