Harrassment of payments on my hdfc cc no 4346781100090315

Hello Sir,

This is Priyadarshini Selvaraj, i was a hdfc customer having an account as well as a credit card with hdfc [protected], they offerred me the credit card as i have an salaried account with this bank from the concerned employer i was working with .Sitel-India ltd.
I quit this organisation on sep 2007 and after that i worked in other place but it was again temporary and i lost my job and m unemployed at...

Dear Sir,

I Rajesh S Jaiswar worked as HSL Coex Emp code (77439) in Hdfc Sec. on HDFC Bank Payroll, Marol Branch . I had submitted my resignation dated 31/03/11 to the my sales Manager Hitesh Agarwal it accepted as per my request. I had submitted my P.F.form on dated 30/04/2011, to Ms.Shilpa in HR Department in Kanjur Marg 8th Floor but still i have not received my P.F. so kindly requesting to you look matter clear my P.F amt. as possible as.

    I am vinod kumar choudhary; I am an existing savings account customer in hdfc bank for past 3 years... And also I am holding your credit card for past 3 years.. after that some problems I was not able to pay my credit card payment, after that hdfc rep Mr. rahul Sharma call me ( [protected] ) i[censored] wants to clear your credit cards we give u a settlement latter .they give me a settlement latter as per latter bank give me six statement (rs 1200, rs1500, rs 1500, rs 1500, rs1500, rs7600) amount was rs 14800 I was agree for that than I give u all stalments first 5 installment received by Mr. amit Sharma collection reprasntive which was send by mr rahul sharma after that rahul sharma told me that u give only rs 2300 in lue of 7600 rs than next month told me that u give only rs2700 and finely the told me that u give only rs 700 hundred and u r settlement will be done . And next month u will found zero balance statement. But next month, I received credit cards statement of rs 46932.27. than again I will call Mr. rahul Sharma but the say to me now u don’t give any payment and u r settlement will be done . but next month credit card section people hold my savings account funds (Rs 11073.43 ) that is my salary account and my salary is rs 12500 at that time my daughter was ill I request to hdfc payment deptt and I personally meet to hdfc naraina branch but we don’t found any help and they don’t release my funds . I was in very much trouble but they don’t release my account money. I am living on rental basis and I have three child how I can give food and living things to my childrens if any bad things become due to money with my family than HDFC bank will be responsible for that . This is not a way to collect funds from your customers.. .. and also I have already taken one personal loan in your bank, and I give monthly emi from that accounts .so due to thases activity I am unable to pay personal loan emi and I am closing my saving account after that you will not receive any payment for my personal loan and credit cards.. I clearly understood that their is no security in your banks for your savings account holders. What a bad service is yours... if you don’t release my accounts... I will take legal actions easily, I am sure that I will close my savings account immediately,
    Request you to please look into the matter and take an appropriate action at the earliest.
    Save your customers...Don’t loose ur customers by providing such a Worst service...

    hi i m lovkesh sharma from dasuya (punjab). i m employee in Birla sunlife. i opened my zero balance a/c in Tanda branch on 18 aug 2009. ur employee told me that i will get the passbook and ATM within one week .but after 14 days i did not get my pasbook and ATM .so plz telll me when i willl got the passboook as well as ATM

      Dear Sir,

      I tranfer money from indian HDFC BANK to australian WEST PACK BANK Ac to my brother for education fees on 29th July 2009 but till the date 18th Aug 2009 my brother not recived any amount i made transaction trough telegraphic transfer as per rules within 72 hrs amout reach to other party Ac. While I am asking to HDFC Personal banker they said that they made transaction with Australian bank but australian bank said me that they didn't recived any transaction.Every time they give me defferent replay like they sent two time tracker to track that fund but not getting any response from australian bank. since last 20 days HDFC banker are just playing with me and they said they are right on their palce and not help me out this is not a small amount which i tranfered that is 50000/- rs.

      can you people are guide me what shall do to get my amount back ? and how do i claim that amount from HDFC BANK.

          i had service the hdfc bank for eleven month from the date of 25th march 2008 to feburary 2009
          during this period my pay is rs. 7000. in which company cut the maount rs.560 from my pay on behalf of
          gpf amount . after releving the job i applied for my gpf in june 2009 for my gpf amount but till now company not given my gpf . please help me giving my gpf

          I would like to inform you that I Shubham Kumar Srivastava Employee
          Code-CS18861 have worked in HDFC BANK Ghaziabad branch as A Contract
          Sales Executive (CSE) from 16th June 2008 to 20th December 2008.I have
          resigned dully on 20th of December 2008 and submitted my resignation
          to The Sales Manager Mr.Rakesh Bhatnagar which was duly ACCEPTED on
          the same day.ie-20 DEC-2008.
          But due to NON FORWARDING OF RESIGNATION by Mr. Rakesh at that time I
          was finally releived with the effective date of 12-march 2009 after a
          long follow up last month on10th dec 2009 (which is still not confirmed by HDFC BANK )DUE TO EFFORTS OF Mr.Sandeep Rathod.
          The amount of Rs-26352 and Rs-6000 respectively was credited in my
          salary account on 17-MARCH 2009.When I received the amount I assumed
          it to be my full and final amount and fund amount.For the amount of Rs
          6000-the source of amount written in the bank statement is NOTICE PAY
          REIMBURSEMENT which confirms my status of leaving the company on
          20-dec 2008.I think it is FULL AND FINAL AMOUNT and is given only to
          those employees who have duly resigned from the organisation.

          Due to this irresponsible and unethical behaviour I HAVE BEEN TERMINATED IN MY NEW JOB IN TCS R SERVE-INDIA.GURGAON.

          I GOT TO KNOW ALL THIS WHEN TCS MADE A VERIFICATION CHECK FROM HDFC BANK.

          I have been informed by my new company that HDFC CONFIRMS the BANK STATEMENT which I produced was wrong.

          Why was my resignation which was duly accepted by the sales manager was not forwarded to hr dept in the first place.

          TCS CLAIMED THAT I RECEIVED THE UNPAID AMOUNT FROM (DEC-MARCH)

          They think it is regular salary but it is not.

          I received a consolidated amount, it was credited due to absconding status.

          Why I received that amount when i have given my resignation .

          IN ADDITION WHY I RECEIVED THE NOTICE PAY REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNT WHICH IS WRITTEN IN THE BANK STATEMENT SENT BY HDFC BANK.

          WHY BOTH AMOUNT WERE GIVEN TO ME AT THE SAME TIME.

          BUT WHY I WAS ABSCONDED WHEN I HAVE ALREADY LEFT THE CO. ON 20-DEC 2008.

          Why no body is accepting the fault made by HDFC BANK.

          WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS ISSUE.

          WHAT WAS MY FAULT IN THIS WHOLE MISHAPPENING.

          Please look into the matter urgently.

          Tcs e serve intl ltd has given me 3 last days to solve it out.

          Please make a way out for releiving me from 20th december 2008 as I have given my resignation in the branch to Mr. Rakesh Bhatnagar on 20th Dec
          2008 and Rakesh accepted the resignation on the same day and gave me the resignation acceptance copy to me which I have attached in my previous
          mail.

          Have somebody asked Rakesh about it.Is he denying the fact that he accepted it on the same day and gave me a copy of the same.

          Mr. Mohit (team leader) at that time was present there at the time of my resign on 20th dec 2008.

          Please ask Mr.Sandeep Rathod Hr mumbai. Is he denying the fact that all this mistake happened due to non forwarding of resignation by Mr. Rakesh.

          Please ask Mohit Sir ([protected]).He also gave me a zerox of resignation copy from the hdfc branch in september last-2009 which I submitted to the new hr in tcs gurgaon.

          THE MAIN COPY OF RESIGNATION IS STILL PRESENT IN HDFC BANK GHAZIABAD AS Mr. Mohit gave me the zerox copy of the same in sep-2009.

          How can an individual be terminated when already he has given his resignation.

          I did my duties but forwarding of resignation was not under my control.

          Please tell me what is my fault in all???????????

          Why I am being punished???????????????

          Have I done something wrong or a crime as such by working in hdfc bank for 6 months.

          I have got only last 3 days after that I have no other option but to search for some legal solutions.

          HRD, LABOUR & RTI DEPT PLEASE ADVISE AND HELP.

            Sir,

            My credit card is used by some unknown person.When i paid my last bill(of amount 5, 000 rupees) in the month of may the balance amount was around 6000 to 7, 000 rupees remained.But on aug 17th i opened my statement and found that the total bill to pay is 33, 000(approaximately).I called to customer care and came to know that one transaction of amt 21, 000(approx.)had been done between may and aug
            without my prior knowledge.I do not know who has done this transaction.So, please i kindly request you to look into the matter and try to trace the details of that transaction and settle this issue as soon as possible.

            Dear Sir
            I Nitesh Kumar had a HDFC credit card around 19 months ago when I worked with a broking house in Faridabad, post blocking and destroying it I have closed my salary account with HDFC with which I was given this card. Now after such a long a time someone from Delhi Rajaori garden HDFC bank called to my father's number which I updated with the bank during availing a credit card saying that I have some amount overdue on the card which I need to repay, now one thing which I fail to understand is that when I am working in Andhra Pradesh for last 1.5 years and I have no reason whatsoever that I can go to Delhi as my whole existence is here in AP how could such a thing take place. It clearly show the lacsity that the bank has towards the customer request.

            When I called to the call center guys they again confirmed the card is blocked and said that I can file a dispute case for this as I don't hold the card also don't have the number of it. But someone in Delhi is using my card post destruction and blocking of the same, this is an high degree of integrity issue, request you to kindly look to this matter very seriously. As I do not remember the card number I have mentioned the mobile numbers.

            Kindly resolve this issue and have a verification done for the same.

              I have a HDFC Credit card No [protected] on which I had done a settlement last year but inspite of make the full payment against it ( extra amount being paid), I recieved a call from there Delhi representative Mr. Hitesh that to get the final settlement letter, I need to pay Rs 2000 and I would get the settlement letter by mail in 2 days time. Even in the month of May 2009, they holded my Rs 9000/- in HDFC Saving account and debited it against credit card payment. This time it was a confirmed commitment made by him on 27th July 2009 and I without believing his words, I got the recording done on my mobile for every conversation made with him. When contacted him after 3 days, he told me that it is under process and I would get it any time. On 7th Aug 2009, I had a heated argument with him where he denied any commitment made to him and told me the settlement letter cannot be made and I need to pay Rs. 36000/-. Now I have decided to file a FIR against him with Police and a complaint against the bank at Consumer court.

              I want to ask the respective authorities, Is it correct on there part that they will charge the customer by any means.

              I hope I can get a response from these guys either way.

                I vasudevan nair opened a salary account in HDFC, Phoolbagh Branch, Bhiwadi-301019. After opening my account they issued me cheque book, ATM Debit card, and net banking facility. And next day they called me in phone to submitt the HDFC Kit which contains Cheque Book, ATM Debit Card. They are saying in every two month account should be opened by concern otherwise it be deactivated by their Head Office. This is the question of Mental Harrassment.
                I Amit Kumar opened an Salary Account on 12/07/2010 vide account no.[protected] and for smooth transaction they issued a kit having Cheque Book, ATM Debit Card and Net Banking facility. and they told to bring an account payee cheque for salary within 3 days it will be credited to your account. And when i issued by my concern an account payee cheque for Rs.12133 vide ch.no.860873 of HDFC. Now they are saying to return our Kit and again you will have to fill up the Account Opening Form. Really I became fade up and it is cause of Mental Torture.

                  I wish to bring to your immediate notice that I am a holder of Savings Max Account with HDFC Bank at Aluda House, Chaura Rasta, Jaipur Branch, with a linked linked Debit Card to the account.

                  On Sunday August 16, 2009 I offered my Debit Card for authorizing a transaction at Merchant Establishment namely Jumbo Electronics, Triton Mall, Jhotwara Road, Jaipur, the transaction was declined even though the swipe/transaction value was much lower than the available clear balance in the linked account of my debit card.

                  The merchant establishment swiped my debit card on 3-4 attempts for a debit value of Rs.2550/- with the result of my debit card being declined every time on the swipe machine belonging to HDFC Bank Ltd. and alternately also on a machine by ICICI Bank as well without any success and same declined result. I have in my possession confirmation of the incidence in writing obtained from the merchant establishment.

                  It was totally shocking and embarrassing for me as I had sufficient clear balance in my bank account while my card was declined. It has greatly dented my stature and compromised my position at the merchant establishment outlet and in front of many people whom I know.

                  Upon trying to reach your phone banking numbers as given on reverse of the card it was found firstly the numbers have been changed and then upon reaching the new found numbers there was no mechanism to reach an assistant/officer and the call completely remained on IVR. However, I verified through the IVR that the credit balance in my savings account in excess of Rs.20000/- while the declined transaction value was merely Rs.2550/-.

                  It was so strange that you do not even provide a 24 hours assistance to the bank account or debit/credit card holders and interestingly the phone banking assistance doe not provide access to any officer/assistant in person and phone banking IVR reports that the service is closed post 8.00 pm.

                  However I had reported the episode from the merchant establishment outlet to the concerned branch manager Mr. Neeraj (Aluda House Branch, Jaipur) on mobile phone immediately and also notified that phone banking assistance is also not available. He promised to revert immediately but he never responded.

                    My Credit card no. is [protected] at the name of amit saini ill used ur card since last 3 year every thing is fine and good but in last year in the month of November ur bank debit over Rs.1, 10, 000. at the name of enjaz information in single day but the entries are 60 in one day some of them is 2500 or 5000 or 11000 in a single day that entry are dated of 5 may 2008 that means in my November statement bank showing may entry. That all entry not done by me ur bank executive tell me that all are technical mistake done by bank one more they not tell me which company is this where is they from ENJAZ INFORMATION

                    Before two month hdfc bank manager of credit card division come my home and talked me ill tell them my all problem they said that we checked out last month they said that ur problem is sought out no one claim u know .

                    But this month they bocked my RS. 6910.6000. in my account by a anandlok branch I am maintaining a good account they setted me in PB customer

                    No one giving me right information recovery agent calling me again and again this is not good for my family because I am not doing any type of cheat with bank regularly ill call on customer care or executive of hdfc bank

                    There is no any one rupee due from my side which has been done by me

                    Please help me out

                      Hi

                      My name is Shail Nawab. I was working in HDFC Bank for the period between 9th august, 2008 to 31st may, 2009. I got my Provident fund account number. but i dont know the PF No. of HDFC bank.

                      I want to know my PF balance. So i meet HR person of HDFC Bank and ask him to give me HDFC bank`s Provident fund code number because it is mandotory filed which has to be entered on website. the perosn tells me that HDFC bank will not give its PF code number. i have to wait for minimum 90 days for my PF. i said to him ok but i just want to know my PF balance. he again rejected my talk and tells me that this is bank`s policy and they will not give PF code number.

                      I do not have any problem that i received my PF after 90 days.but atleast bank has to provide me their PF Code number so that i will know my PF balance. Even on My salary slip they cant mention my PF account number, my PF balance as well as their PF code number.

                      Please suggest me what i should do?

                          Dear Sir,

                          We regret to inform you that it is both surprising & beyond understanding that HDFC Bank blocked my Debit card bearing No [protected] without assigning any reason. I have not received any written, telephonic or E-Mail communication till date in the matter. The said unsatisfactory action has caused great loss and what more our considerable Goodwill.

                          In this regard I have contacted your Net Banking facility over Tel No [protected] but yielded no result, because phone banking representative not ready to understand my problem & transferring line to IVR.department.The IVR department continuously answering that the Debit card no is wrong. I have approached local Vapi HDFC Branch in the referred subject matter & discussed the issue in detail with branch manager but till date I have not received any concreat reply.

                          Under the circumstances I request you to please look in to it and take up the matter on top priority to re-activate the debit card without any further delay & keep me posted with the outcome immediately by E-Mail.

                            I was Purchased Maruti Zen car in the year 2003.At that time I took loan from HDFC bank.I was given post dated cheques against loan to the bank.When I had received payment schedule, I found my name is typed in that schedule "Ajaykumar Mukund Patel" instead of "Ajaykumar Mukundbhai Raval".I was send that schedule back to the bank for correction.Bank was send me same Schedule with handwritten correction and stamp.Now my loan is paid completely, this time I received NOC from Bank with same wrong name.I was talk to Bank where with evidence of my correct name but till date I have not received correction from Bank.My Auto loan Account No.was 383042.

                              I am working for Adfc pvt ltd in HDFC Bank Risk control unit - Cards Dept for last one and half year.
                              Since the date of my joining i am working on National holidays and Sundays regularly get only 1 vacation
                              in whole month which affecting my health and personal life badly.
                              I have to work here minimum of 11-12hour every day some time even more, which can be acceptable in bank jobs.
                              But every human being need at least one day off in a week give some time to his family & friends.
                              So when I request my supervisor for weekly off they simply ignore the whole matter and said I will not get any weekly off in a month, I have to work for nearly 365 days and also threat to terminate me from my current job if ask for any weekly off inn future in spite of my good performance for my Dept.

                              Pls Note as per ADFC Policy –

                              working on a weekly off (Sunday), bank holiday shall not be mandatory for any employee.
                              Staff working on a weekly / holidays can be given comp off in lieu of compensation.
                              Same set of staff can't be asked to work over two consecutive Sundays / holidays.

                              Behaviors of HDFC bank staff & management are very shameful and they are treating me like a machine.
                              They are ignoring all my problems and forcing me to work on holidays and Sundays and I am working for nearly 365 days in a month get only 1 vacation in whole month since Feb 2008. I am also working on back to back Sundays and holidays for nearly 7 hours and it which affecting my health and personal life very badly.

                              So I request you to please sir do the needful. We all are hoping something good from your end.
                              Due to fear ness of sacking from the job I don’t want to disclose my identity.
                              Pls help under this difficult condition, so that I can get at least a weekly off facility in a month so that I can get some mental & physical rest or arrange to change my department so that I can work for long time in ADFC.

                              Yes its true .HDFC BANK Specially Card Recovery Section (Debt Management Group) treating human beings extremely illegal manner.Few Managers of HDFC bank who are controlling ADFC behaving with the ADFC staffs in a most unfortunate& improper way.Some time they are just seating & chatting and only showing their miss management skills but insisting others (ADFC staffs) to work like a hell. Entire day some of them just soughing like a fool, simply expressing their unskilled behavior miss managing staffs .Many ladies official left the office for their after 8 pm regularly with a uncertainty & unhealthy condition after giving 12 to 13 hrs a day .Is that a right approach to treat all staffs who are also working for better bank performane .why this politics?At the time of Annual Bonus & LATE SITTING ALLOWANCES HDFC exploting them.giving less compensation .Is that right the culture for a bank who won best bank of asia award.Please look after them atleast gi ve them proper hike in salaries, promotion absorption in regualr bank.else dont violate human rights inside bank premises.Writing the fact & inside story to attract the attention of MD & CEO of HDFC BANK.Otherwise they are not fit for "BEST BANKER AWARD"
                              pls dont treat like us a machnie after all we are also an important a part of HDFC Bank .
                              We give our heart & soul for the bank. We also have family and personal life and weekly off is require specially for credit cards deppartments.
                              Can any person work all days witjout any break . I am working like that no weekly off, no sunday off, working of holidays as well as on national holidays . I love my work that is why i am working . I want to work for long time but I need at least one week off .
                              I want to compalint against India Bulls Pvt Ltd, a finance company with branches all over India.

                              The company gives no National Holidays, Forces the employees to work on Sundays and late till nights (even beyond 12:00 am and sometimes working till 3-4 am). The company has no regards for its employees and do whats suits them best. The company gives holidays as per its convenience. Employees have worked on 26th January, 15th August, 2nd October. The sensitive areas for example in Delhi like Karol Bagh, CP etc are closed but other branches are operational. Every employee no matter what has the right to get holidays on National holiday days and Sundays. I understand when there is lot of work and important deadlines to be met working on Sundays is fine but Indiabulls has made it a norm. The company feels if they are paying its absolutely fair to suck the employees blood. They just don't care that the employees also have some personal/family life. If one complains then obviously the attitude of the company is if the omployees can't handle the pressure then they might as well leave. What a solution!!!

                              I request you to pelase take some action against Indiabulls becasue in the name of meeting targets and beating their competitors they are making lives miserable for their employees!!!
                              I agree that there is lot of harassment done by MR. Gaurav and M/S Bharka in ADFC PVT.LTD. Lot of abusive language is used for the staff by these guys. They harass people to work 12-15 hrs a day with no sundays and holiday for rest. This is a serious complaint by all the staff. The immediate action should be taken against them or they should be immediately terminated. I feel human rights should also be notified for the behaviour given in ADFC PVT.LTD IN rajouri garden. As a girl the harrasment and the treatment given is very humiliated and bad. we are working like slaves and daily given a threatening of Loosing a job. Please take action against MR. Gaurav and M/S Bharka.

                                I took an NRE Home Loan of 24.5 lakhs fm hdfc, whose paperwork i beleive is faster than other public sector funds.However i am having quite a few complaints against it, namely
                                a)There is no online/net customer support.I had request of certain of my papers to be returned.However it took almost 1.5 month of continous calling, e-mails, messages.Finally i had to raise my voice to make them listen.They have system of writing complaints on their web site.
                                (a)There is no acknowledgement of complaint.Hence no generation of complaint number.If no acknowledgement, then any no. of mail you write you cant blame them as there is no record.No e-mail address is given on their website.Hence you cant send fm e-id.In conclusion no acknowlegement hence no accountability.
                                2)I wanted 24.5 lakhs of loan.But HDFC office wanted and persuaded me to get sanction of full 85% of flat value, which is about 26 lakhs.I have taken 24.5 lakhs of loan.Now
                                I went to thier office recently to ask why i am being charged 10% ROI when HDFC is saying it charges only 9% on paper/tv.They said you have to change their spread.My loan is PLR - 3.75%.Now they are offering loans at PLR - 4.25/4.75%.To change to new spread they charge you have to pay them again 0.5%/1.5% of your total loan amount, plus taxes.Very smart, why-
                                a)In one move they have penalised old customers by not changing their spread automatically and trying to catch new customers by changing spread.I thought spread doesnt change, PLR changes as per broad economy condtion.
                                b)By putting penalty on changing spread they are asking you to pay
                                almost the amount you are going to benefit by reduced interest rates.
                                c)They calculate this penaly on 0.5%/1.5% of your total sanctioned amount.Should it not be on balance principal.Infact i have to pay not on taken loan amount but rather sanctioned.Result to reduce rate to deserved 9%, i have to pay about Rs 40, 000 and my EMI increases also i.e.i am paying about rs 55, 000/mon now.After paying abt rs 40K, i have to pay couple of hundred rs extra also per month in EMI!!!what a calculation method.Loss par loss.What logic.Then they say customer is always right and always at loss!!
                                had same experience with BHW home loan, they are charging 1.75% for reducing the interest rate, but earlier when the market increased they immediately increased the amount.
                                I had taken the loan from them since they offered 10.25%, but within 3 months they made it 11.75%, its like FOOLING customers, give them a small % for some time and immediately increase...
                                Looks like our home loan banks are also being headed by our POLITICIANS !!!
                                I too got cheated by HDFC back exactly the same way. Even after the BASE RATE implementation by RBI, these banks are cheating customers by saying that they are not part of banking sector. Even I I do not understand why RBI excluded housing finance companies from BASE Rate system.

                                If we want to get the lower interest rate that is been offering to new customers, we need to pay the 0.5%-1.5% of the out standing amount. I really blame RBI and the government as well for allowing the bank such kind o[censored]nmoral practices to cheat the old customers. I'm getting so much angry to kill all these who are cheating the people if given a chance.

                                Please do not encourage your self to take any loan in HDFC and getting cheated by these and so called customer oriented business CEOs.
                                i too have the same story took an for 13 lacs april 2006 @8.75% now they are charging 12.5% i will just insert their comments after raising this problem

                                Thank you for your revert on interest rate fluctuation. As we exam your account. Your loan is availed under floating rate. The initial rate of the loan is 8.75%. Floating rate is pegged our
                                Retail Prime Lending rate -RPLR. Any changes in RPLR whether upward /downward will be reflected in the interest rate of the customer periodically. Currently your rate of interest is
                                12.50%.This rate is arrived as follows RPLR - Spread = Rate of Interest i, e 15.50% - 3% = 12.50%. Please refer our telecon on the same

                                Please do not change the subject line. Kindly mention your loan account number on all your correspondance with HDFC Ltd. for prompt response.


                                and now iam being asked to pay 18, 000 to increase my spread to 5% and thereby reduces my interest rate what should i do pl help

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I want to bring it to your kind notice that my Credit Card no -[protected] Platinum Card had been lost on 1/01/09 of which I came to know on 3/01/09 after its being misused at several Jewellers shops of Bangalore. Immediately I had called Hdfc Customer care and got my card blocked on 3/01/09 at 3pm. But at the same time customer care executive confirmed me that my Credit has been debited by Rs of (22050+28300+395+742) i.e. 51487.

                                  In this regard, i have lodged a FIR(reg CMSSN002/09)and sent a Charge Dispute form to HDFC bank.
                                  what option are now available to me conserdering the point that without verifying my signature Merchant has done transaction to an unknown culphrit. liability to pay the same is on my account now.

                                  Although i have sent all copys stating in this regard to HDFC bank but till now hdfc recovery department people keeps calling me and harrasing me mentally.

                                    I am holding an HDFC Credit card for more than 3+ years and I have taken 90, 000 loan based on credit card - Jumbo Loan. Due date for the same is 24th of every month where as i used to drop the cheque on 21st of every month in HDFC drop box, which is in ITPL campus and it is next to HDFC Bank.
                                    Based on my observations, i have noticed that the HDFC Team will produce the cheque only after 25th of every month and due to which there will be a late payment reflects in monthly statement.

                                    Inspite of calling the customer care and informing the same, the customer care Team has not update the date base. And apart from this every time some or other guy from HDFC calls me and threatns me for the payment though i explained them the complete senerio.

                                      I have taken two wheeler ( Bajaj Discover ) loan from Punjab Centurian Bank, Chembur, Mumbai which was tookover by HDFC Bank. Due to this problem, I didn't receive any documents from HDFC. In JULY 09, I have completed all EMIs of Rs.1609 without any bounce.
                                      Now I require my RC book and NOC urgently.
