i am sasidaran from salem .I hold a HDFC Credit card . i have made a settlement of Rs 28000. At the time of settlement they issued a settlement letter and they said i will be receiving the NOC letter and No dues letter. But until not i havnt received any thing. The amount has been cleared and refleted in Statment also. Today i spoke to the customer service . they said they dont have the details of the payment. How come they dont have the details of the payment and other things. i need to file a complaint on this. please help me tos solve this.

i have a hdfc credit card which was issued in 2005 to 2008.There is some dues frome my side is twenty eight thousand something then hdfc credit card department is locked this amount with my saving acount and after three days they debited from my saving acount. after that there is no transaction with this credit card .but they dont issued me any kind of no dues certificate .so please help meto get no objection cerficate from hdfc credit card devision.

my loan ac no 11491039 closed why i can't get my noc on line ?
