[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Insurance | |
I purchased an insurance policy from HDFC BANK of Rs.25000/- Premium. I did't get the policy papers for 1 month. I complained to bank , they replied i will get it soon as it has been dispatched. After 2 months I gave a request letter for surrender of policy and refund of the amount of premium. They gave me received for the application. But it has been more than 6 months I did't get my policy or any refund from bank. I am continuously contacting the bank persons but nobody is ready to reply. Was this information helpful? | |

Sir,My Name is Gopal prasad shahi.I have taken a credit card From HDFC BANK last year in july.After that I in September I went out of India. When I back to India in June 10 I got one masses from my Mobile ,I have 6000 Rs. credit of HDFC BANK in favor of my Insurence,Event I dont know about that and not received any document or statement regarding this. when I call customer care , he told me I will cancel this dont mind. After coming again out of India they started to call my family and haresing him. pl. guide me and do some thing in my favour.

I have applied for Term policy from your branch & my application no. is S[protected].
However the service what I have received is quite bad & not getting any communication at all from Branch from where I took this policy.
I would not want to continue with this kind of pathetic service & I would like to apply for cancellation of this policy.
Just thinking if you are giving this kind of service to priority customer then what quality of service normal a/c holder will be getting ?

HDFC STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE POLICY
I am RAVIKUMAR K was joined an UNIT LINKED ENDOWMENT Plus on Dec 2006 half yearly payment contract. Policy # 1080222, Now I want to know what is position of my investment still. I am completed 3 (three) years, and I don't want continue this policy installment. So, please give me the latest news.
