DEAR SIR,MY NAME IS M.S.CHOWDARY AND I AM A VALUED CUSTOMER OF HDFC BANK SINCE 2005. MY CREDITCARD NO IS [protected],WHICH IS DUE FOR RENEWAL THIS MARCH.RECENTLY I BUILT A NEWHOUSE. IN THE SAME VILLAGE THEN I APPLIED FOR CHANGE OF ADRESS AND MY PHONE NO IS ALSO CHANGED.I CALLED THE CUSTOMERCARE AND THEY ASKED ME TO FAX A LETTER FOR CHANGE OF ADRESS.I DID SOH ASKING THEM TO RENEW MY CARD AND SEND THE CARD TO MY NEW ADRESS.ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES CAME TO MY HOUSE AND VERIFIED MY HOUSE AND ABOUT MY DETAILS.TODAY I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE BANK STATING THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE CREDITCARD SERVICES IN KRISHNA DISTRICT AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO EXTEND THEIR SERVICES.SINCE THE LAST FIVE YEARS THEY HAVE SERVICES AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY DONT HAVE THEM.I NEED THE CREDITCARD AS I AM GOING TO DELHI FOR TEN DAYS WITH MY FAMILY THIS SUMMER .I HAVE MANY UNUSED REWARDPOINTS ALSO ON MY CREDITCARD.SO I ASK YOU PEOPLE TO DO THE NEEDFUL IN THIS REGARD.THANKING YOU -M.S. CHOWDARY

If the problem is not resolved, do not hesitate to go to RBI, this is the only way to keep these private banks under control:

RBI will take a note of it and forward the complaint to Nodal officer of the concerned bank, who is bind to take action with on the stipulated period.

i do not use my credit card for my daughter's application for us universities because of not receiving credit card pin no. Application for universities deadline is 15th dec''2012. I am helpless now. kindly help in this regard.
